Does anyone have experience using Liquitex Basics on miniatures? I received GW Kill Team (Tau and SM) for Christmas.
My work has been... not great. But I have also never painted minis before.
Never heard of it.
Vallejo, Army Painter, GW are the most common and typically reliable.

This? This isnt paint for miniatures, it looks like actual acrylic paint for canvas and other mediums which is different from water based acrylics used for miniatures. Stop painting with this shit and get Vallejo/GW/Army Painter/Model Master paints and make sure they are water based.

You need to buy paint specifically meant for model kits and miniatures, especially the modern ones which have the richest and most finely ground pigments. These are the little tiny pots or dropper bottles you find for $3.50 to $5 each, and cost a lot more than regular acrylic paints because they are much better in quality.
I always use Vallejo, iys chaper than citadel and just as good. Its sold at hobby lobby but sometimes it can be pretty old and hasnt aged well, remixing may be required.
