The city settlers and all paesants are rounded up for rape, death, or slavery. Each of them are given a job while the barbarians set up clan heads in several parts of the castle, After the barbarians have all their slaves rounded the barbarian chiefs (since I'm sure more than one clan was necessary to sack the town) take their favorites of the loot and start to bring them back to their homes. Longhouses, chief huts, and other buildings are adorned with the riches they amassed from the sacking, and slaves are put to work. The barbarians either raze the city to the ground and return to their own homes or take the castle and the cities for themselves.

Things continue as normal, except with more slaves and probably less traders.
