can you guys help me out in solving this rubicks cube? i hope this is the right board.

the cube is solved except for A and B. i need to swap their position while rotating each 90°, please refer to the picture for an exact explanation.

i forgot to mention, the middle can not be rotated. you can only rotate the outer rings.
