Depends on how much crunch you want. Like real rules light would have something like

for combat while something really heavy would have

Arbitrary skill lists are the worst.

A skill list should always be designed in the context of the game and what matters to it. Otherwise you just end up with some skills being pointless duds while others are way too useful.

True. If you notice your players roll one skill constantly during the sessions while not having touched another in ages you might want to consider retooling the skill system - either break it into two or conflate others to bring their usefulness up.
