>BOB ROSS's Staff of Bob Ross
melee weapon
1d6 melee damage
+3 to disguise as Bob Ross
+2 animal handling (when disguised as Bob Ross)
If it's enchanted, it would probably provide a bonus to charisma or performance. Bob's real skill was being able to talk and paint at the same time.

AD&D 2e:
The Rod of Ross
So here's this nice rod. Let's give it a few charges. There we are. Maybe in our world there is a little enchantment on it. It live here, right at the grip. And maybe if you say the magic word and point it at the ground something special will happen. Maybe some happy little trees will spring up. Maybe some waves if you point it at the ocean. Don't worry if they look a bit messy, we can always clean it up later. Maybe it puts just a bit of platinum white right about... there. If it runs out of charges you can just take a break. It will still be there when you're ready to come back to it. And don't worry about fumbling your rolls with it, those are just happy accidents.
