So, any chance I can get a timeline of when all these Kamen Rider jumps occur, chronologically? I want to know what order to do them in.

Bancho, have you ever actually watched Static Shock? Because I have and I've never seen you actually okay a power even though a lot of them were pretty clearly below par for the series.

>Seriously what's the deal with all the fruits? Are they like, reverse engineered from the alien world-eating forest or something?
Pretty much. Helheim plants naturally create fruit that serves as a repository for its spores. Eat one (and they have some hypnotic effect coercing you into eating them), and you turn into a monster. That's one of the ways it spreads. The Yggdrasil Corporation, specifically Dr. Ryoma Sengoku, figured out how to reprogram the fruits into making useful tools. Helheim spores are kind of like nanomachines, so it makes sense. If you're wearing a Sengoku Driver, not only are you immune to Helheim infection but any fruit you pick is converted into a Lockseed. Depending on the quality of the fruit you picked, the Lockseed will either be able to generate Rider weapons and armor for you, or just infuse you with the energy it's stored. This means that while Lockseeds can be harvested, they're not random. You can't go and discover a new species of Lockseed, the ones that can be picked are just those that Ryoma has programmed into the system. It does appear to be random which fruit turns into which Lockseed, though, or at least dependent on some non-obvious variable. There are also "Energy Lockseeds", which are completely artificial ones that he's cultivated in the lab instead of relying on Helheim plants to produce the fruits for. They're more powerful. Finally, DJ Sagara, as avatar of the forest, is able to create Lockseeds on his own, out of either normal fruit or Helheim fruit. A normal orange became the powerful Kachidoki Arms, which was Gaim's penultimate form, while the same process with a piece of the unique Fruit of Life produced Kiwami Arms, Gaim's final form. Oh, and if you eat the whole Fruit of Life you gain godhood. Those people who survive the transformation into a Helheim organism with their consciousness intact are supposed to war over the Fruit of Life and the power it contains.

Kamen Rider Showa Part 1 is 1979 to 1987. Shoaw part 2 is 1987 to 1993. Heisei part 1 is 2001 to 2002. Kabuto is 2006. Neo-Heisei Part 1 is 2010 to 2012. Part 2 is 2012 to 2014. Gaim is 2015. Neo-Heisei Part 3 is 2015 to now. There are gaps in there because not all of the Kamen Rider series have been made into jumps yet.

>>
>>51030653

Lemon ENERGY is.
It's never shown if there's a non-Energy Lemon so you could fanwank it. Lime I'm not sure. Apples and Cherries are either movie lockseeds or also Energy.
Ichigo is definitely set though.
>>

The Energy Lockseeds are Lemon, Cherry, Peach and Melon. Regular Lockseeds are Orange, Banana, Strawberry, Grape, Mango, Pineapple, Durian, Melon (there's an Energy and normal version), Watermelon, Kiwi, Acorn, Walnut, and Pinecone, of all things. The movies include an Apple regular Lockseed and Dragonfruit and Pinecone (again, what?) Energy Lockseeds

> altchains
I have an altchain wherein I pick up all the super edgy perks and murder everything in the chain. Y'know, Skullheart, Row Row Row Your Boat, the whole bit.
Second stop on the tour was Floweytale.
But I bought a Return for the Warehouse, so eventually Pokemon also got axed.

It brings about unique challenges, like, "I don't think I can actually murder everything in this setting? This setting is kindof bullshit."
And I don't post it in the thread, because every single jump would boil down to "and then I reloaded and started murdering everyone".
And it's mostly pretty boring, to be honest.
But it makes a great antagonist for my main chain's one-jump-until-endgame Renegade Jumper.

Though, I don't post any of it in the thread because, again, it would be super boring. It's basically just, "I fucked around a lot until I got bored and then reloaded and murdered everything."

I am a great partner.

Also, getting Royal Fuschia blood in Sburb grants you superlative resistance against psionics across the board.

I'll have to say no. The experience part really varies in value depending on what you're looking for. You could probably have something a fair bit more powerful if the effect is more static instead of growing like say, UBW, but it's not going to be boosting you from an A++ Reality Marble to an EX ranked one.

>>51030812
Counts as having. Mud grows over time so you'll eventually be able to use all those circuits/the equivalent of such. Should be done within a few years, maybe a bit less if you're using magic often.

You get a free Master companion with 1000CP, which you can use to either make them better or convert to more SP for you and with the much higher drawback limit and the supplement going to offer more drawbacks too, you've got a far higher upper limit on what you can potentially get then past jumps anyway..

Given that the CP stuff is almost all focused on stuff for Masters, it only makes more sense that Servants don't get CP without special options or drawbacks.

Not entirely sure of the exact mechanics behind it and I know it normally requires Fateverse metaphysics or something, but could you theoretically use the Third Magic to host Grail Wars in future jumps or at least let people summon Servants?

It is the Magic responsible for the Grails, right?
>>
>>51031050
That's true.

>>
>>51030605
Spectacular jump. A giant improvement over the original, not that the original was bad.

Only criticisms I have are that the Third and especially First seem a bit weak. The Third making your soul higher-dimensional suggests that it would kind of hard for most settings' magic to even interact with it and the First doesn't really read as being as good as the Fifth or even the Second.

Maybe buff the First and give it something similar to the Entropy issue the Fifth has? It would certainly fit with those two magics being in a different category than the others.

Theoretically, with it, the Domination perk, bunch more magical knowledge about summoning, rituals and so on, the Grail notes item and a proper location to set things up, along with the Second Magic then yeah, you could make a new Grail and accompanying War.

You could set up Grail Wars with all that within Type Moon jumps but in other settings you wouldn't be able to reach across jumps to summon Servants from the place they're all at. If the settings you're trying to do have some kind of afterlife or place where it's heroes go, then you could still do it probably.
>>
>>51031077

Demi-Servant/Pseudo-Servant should probably be a bit less expensive. Normally a capstone booster costing 500 cp has some effect besides what it does to capstones, but Demi-Servant's bonus is entirely contingent on whether you've taken it in another jump. Or maybe make it less expensive if you've already been granted points from another jump.

Thanks.

The...first seems weak? I'm struggling to see how given it can eventually do anything the others can do save the Fourth. I'm really not seeing what I can buff it too from here, nor why I'd add a flaw like the Ffith has, which is only there because it canonically has that flaw.

The Third is weaker yes but that's how it is in canon. It has a very limited range of effects, though it's quite a strong effect.

>>51031137
Mm, maybe. I'll have a think on that as I do the supplement so I might have a minor update for that stuff.

>>51031156
If you're already a Servant in this jump you wouldn't be buying Demi Servant anyway. As you're a Servant in one jump and a Demi in another, the two builds are separate from each other. You can upgrade the first using the latter, but anything bouht does stack. If you buy C rank Strength in one and D rank Strength in the next, you'll have the equivalent of A rank strength overall.

>>51031180
Read the notes.

>>51031191
It wouldn't let you recharge like you were alive (That will be a option in the supplement however) but if you get some sort of outside source of magical energy to jump start you, like a prana transfer ritual, you'd get a big boost in energy that you gain back.

>>51031248
Most capstone boosters aren't giving an effect this powerful either. If anything, the amount of stuff you get from it in the first jump is likely too much for just 500, so I've decided to have it balance out that way. You get a bit more then what you're really buying the first time, a bit less afterwards.
>>
>>51031262
Only if you haven't taken it in another jump. If you did, then it grants you no points. I addressed that in my post.
>>
>>51031274
You can use a pod I guess. Later jumps will have ways to get multiple Servants from one jump but it doesn't really fit in FSN or FZ so it won't be in them.
>>
>>51031285
>read the notes
Sorry, the others say in it if you can buy it rather than in the notes, and I actually thought you might have made a type in your post meaning you needed all that stuff in addition to the Third, not all that stuff and the Second in addition to the Third.

Sure. A Demi Servant already recharges as if they were living, (This is detailed in the supplement along with all the basic abilities and stuff a Servant gets now), but they still get the benefit of Dragonheart if they buy the perk.

I've got a chain where it starts off in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon as an "NPC", which is to say in no way connected to the main story, with the obvious price of not having a companion (and also not being able to take Partnerless). I just feel like it'd be a lot more interesting this way, since it wouldn't just be retreading the story I already know everything about. Aaand it lets me write about someone with almost zero meta-knowledge save for what they pick up during the chain, which is also nice.

There's a few things beyond that, mostly stuff like being able to take Pokemon Trainer as a normal jump, rolling for most jumps and ignoring particularly high-power ones at the start, transferring CP to imported companions, minor stuff.

GO GO FRUIT RANGERS! Wait wrong series. Looks like these ten years are going to be interesting with fruit armor, fruit demons, magical fruit forests. My goals is to gather as much power as possible, I'll hand out Fruit Locks like crazy. I don't know what's going to happen and I'm always the last to know, but that doesn't stop me from trying.

The First honestly doesn't read as being able to eventually do all that. Though I suppose it being more versatile would make sense.

My issue with the Third are that as narrow as it's effects are, it's 'immortality' isn't exactly difficult to negate as written in the jump, and is noticeably worse than in canon.

Also, isn't it implied that the Fourth retroactively removes things from history, since no one knows anything about it and it is implied to have a property of destroying information? Sort of like Balefire in a way.

So, lets say I go to extra and buy a bunch of skills at B rank, and a NP at E.

Using the sp gotten from the demiservant perk, can I spend sp to upgrade some of those B rank skills A rank?

Or are they separate? Youve just said that stats complement each other - being multiples of ten is nice, I suppose - but what about pluses?

Also, with two builds, does this mean two EX's, or still just one?

-hey! Hey, let go Avacyn!

You don't understand! The forest is sometimes a dude, I need to be sure he doesnt backflip out of the way! I'm literally perfectly safe, this potato used to be a perfect defense! The cakes are cunningly disguised antimatter charges, enriched with 100% organic free trade cocoa and locally sourced milk!

the First is able to create anything, eventually including concepts or events. That's all described, it's just going to take a while for you to be able to do those stuff.

>Third
It's exactly as it is in canon, or what we have described as it being. I'm just making it clear effects that are directly targeting and attacking your soul could still hurt you. It wouldn't be offered if it was actually True Immortality.

Yes, and that's something you can eventually do with the Fourth once you get to the level of effecting concepts.

>>51031473
No, as I just said, you cannot upgrade stuff from one build with another. They're separate, as I said. I'd say what pluses do should be quite obvious if you're still talking about stats, given they're just increasing those stats.

I'm not sure. I may or may not be removing the one EX limitation. If I don't, then yes, you can have one EX in each build.

>>
>>51031550
It’s strange having a master in a jump. It made the jump a bit more difficult too. He or She is doing their best to teach me but it’s a little frustrating for both of us. They keep trying to draw out my true potential and I keep trying to hide it. My sister had a similarly tough time as their disciple but not the extent I did.

So my master took me to Ryozanpaku to help train, they were new at this whole training disciples thing and were friends with Akisame and Ma. In fact the Resistance suit/torture device was made by Akisame.
While we didn’t become residents there we hung around there enough to almost be.

I became friends with Miu and Kenichi. Miu saw me and my sister as like little sisters I guess. I tried to help Kenichi a bit… I tried to get him over his not hitting women thing by illustrating you don’t have to hit or even hurt someone to defeat them.

I made the mistake of letting Shigure see Caliburn (from anima) umm… that got a little weird. I think she fell in love with my sword. She was trying to talk me in to giving it too her (which is surprising because she very rarely talked) I even caught her practicing western broadsword fighting styles. Not surprisingly though she wound up taking on Archer as sort of a disciple. They both love swords a lot.

I also made friends with the rest of the shinpaku alliance, in particular Kisara (she hated me at first because I was younger than her but my chest was bigger than hers) but I sort of beat Shigure to the punch in protecting her from the Walkeries. That was one of the few times I didn’t hold back… but beating up a now defenseless girl and trying to kill an innocent kitten they had it coming.

Anyways I managed to help out defeating Ragnarock, Yami and Yomi. Not sure I changed much
>>
>>51031561
It doesn't really seem to be the case? It's vague and inconsistent but as far as I can gather it's more a matter of experience slowly increasing the time you can have it active over time. I imagine any sort of self experimentation on yourself in relation to it could greatly increase this of course.

The Third just seems not nearly as generally useful, or even as good within it's own sphere, as the other Magics. It even reads as capping out earlier than the others, at a level when plenty of people in Type-Moon who aren't even top tiers can still fuck you up.

In canon, it literally makes your soul higher dimensional, which would generally make it unreachable by most soul attacks. I understand that the nature of the chain might make offering the real deal unpalatable, but it might be better just not offering it at all.

>>51031715
The Third does what it's described as doing in canon. I'm not sure why you keep thinking this doesn't make your soul on a higher dimension, given it explicitly makes it so in the description. I don't believe I ever said all soul attacks will always hit you, just that those sorts of attacks can harm you. If you're not controlling some body and thus closer to the world, then even people with soul attacking attacks won't be able to actually hit you without some sort of ability to attack across/through/whatever dimensions.

Yes, it does cap out earlier, but that's because it's doing a lot less. It's got very limited use but you don't need to spend nearly as long to master those limited uses. I'm not going to be expanding it beyond what it can canonically do.

A song of Ice and Fire, jump #13. That's when I realized I'm radically different from what i was when i began jumping, 126 years before. Because it was the first time I had realized how far above human i was. The first time i tested myself in battle for fun, I killed a man. Brutally. With his children watching.

Once i rose, covered in blood, frothing at the mouth, i gazed upon their horrified faces. a little girl named alicea and a young boy named rupert. i could see and feel everything they were at that very moment, and ran. disappeared for like- a year. Earthquakes were common. I put up a mirror in the Warehouse and saw how i'd visually changed. sunken eyes, pale face, sharpened teeth. Terrifying.

Then I returned, saw what the children had become, and made their lives better. no more scrounging for food, no more rats, they could live (with their mother) with no worry for anything like that. Also, I made both immortal for good measure.

By the end of the jump I'd brought back my companion from Light of Terra. We've been together ever since.

Or is this just the slight difference in how skills and stats work?

In that case, how do skills combine, if at all?

I'm not sure what's so hard to understand about the idea that each build is entirely separate.

No, you cannot, as I have explained twice already. It does not combine if you buy C and D into A. C and D stack like any two strength perks would to give you the EFFECT of A. It DOES NOT ACTUALLY GIVE an A rank. It simply gives the EFFECTIVE strength of one, the same as if you bought a perk that gave you 10 ton strength and one that gave you 20 ton strength stacking to give 30 ton strength.

Treat them as SEPARATE builds, like you would separate jump builds. I don't believe this can be clearer.

Skills do not combine. If you already have HSDW A rank and buy it again at A rank, you don't get anymore out of it because you already know and can do everything that A rank gives. The second purchase isn't giving you anything new. It DOES NOT COMBINE.

No, EX stats do not double. As described above, it does not combine, they are SEPARATE. They will stack on top of each other if you buy an EX rank in the same stat twice to come to x1000 human peak but they DO NOT MULTIPLY EACH OTHER BECAUSE THEY ARE SEPARATE.

I'd like to note I'm not angry or anything, or the caps is just to make the important bits very clear

And yet, Compass of Celestial Directions: Malfeas says that the surrender oaths have a clause specifically to prevent Essence gain from demons worshipping. So... weird question.

If we take the 300 cp drawback where Zelretch keeps throwing us into new Wars, but our Servant dies and we lose the war... what happens? The drawback states that we're stuck in that new dimension until we win, but if that's impossible (because our Servant kicked the bucket), are we just... stuck there until the ten years are up? Is he going to drag us to a new war in another year and give us a new servant? Or is he going to drag us to a new war and expect us to win without one?
>>
>>51032263
It's confusing for me too yes. It seems to be that the mana a Servant gains from the bond with their Master is implied to be increased by the Grail, as any Master shouldn't be able to supply their Servant with nearly enough magical energy that is needed.

Basically, if you've got an active, working bond between a master and a servant, you can generally assume the Servant will have enough power to fight normally and use their NP a few times, but not spam it. To do that or really big magic ritual stuff, teams usually find outside sources of magic, like eating souls, drawing from leylines and so on.
>>
>>51032281
Does Womb of Evil apply to any kind of evil magic, or just rituals/summoning? For example, would something like Heylin magic be amplified?

>>
>>51032314
As long as all the other Masters and Servants are dead, you still count as the victor. That said, if your Servant dies, they won't respawn until the jump ends and they become a companion so you'll need to do the rest alone. You could try to contract with another Servant in one of the wars but they won't become a companion.
>>

You could do non-Energy as a Mix but it'd probably be less effective than the Energy-utilizing Jinbas in canon, as they were a pretty good boost for Kouta until Kachidoki.
Non-Energy mixes might get you different abilities though. And remember you can get an Energy variant of any lockseed by paying +100 so if you wanted Orange Energy, you got it.

How would Gaia Memory - both the drive things and the Archive-esqe perk - work inside of nasuverse metaphysics?
>>
>>51032421
I imagine it's in terms of interactions with effects like Berserker's NP. So you might be as strong as someone with A Rank strength, but when you punch him, your attack is treated as C or D rank, and canceled.
>>
>>51032421
No? D(20)+C(30)=A(50)

What's confusing?
>>
>>51032421
Okay. let's try this again.

C and D do not combine to equal A for the purchases of then buying shit as if you already had an A rank. If you buy C rank in one jump, that does not mean you then buy with C rank as your base for free in the second jump.

You get the effects of both combined, so you get the same level of strength that A rank would give, but you do not actually have A rank for any other purpose, such as going straight to buying A+.

Is this understandable?
>>
>>51032287
I figured the Yozis found a loophole somewhere along the line. It's not like there aren't others in the oaths; the Ebon Dragon's obsession with marriage mainly comes from one that would let him be released into Creation, and another is the reason why if an Ecplise Caste swears an oath which a Fiend Caste then breaks, the misfortune botch is transfered to the Dragon himself.

>>
>>51032528
She's saying you can't use it for pricing purposes. So to raise each tier costs a certain amount (I think it was 50?) and plusses cost more (100?).

So if you have A in one jump, you can't go into the second and say 'my base is A because of this other jump, so I only need to pay for EX or +'s now', because the only thing that matters for the prices is what you have from the jump you are in.

Once you are past making the build, and in the actual jump, then yeah, things stack so you effectively have a higher rank.

having "Valka" and "Gift of the Thousand Master" and several ranks of "Potential" from Nanoha, does not make you an EX rank in magic power, even if it gives you the functional equivalent.

Likewise, having C rank in a stat from one fate jump, and D rank in a stat from another fate jump means that when all is said and done, you have the effective resources of an A rank from that second jump onwards, but your rank is not A, because it's coming from two perks, and those ranks only take one jump into account (even if your actual abilities exceed them)

>>51032485
Meta knowledge does help a lot. Even knowing Gilgamesh is around is something no one but Kotomine and maybe Zouken is aware of. I'd say that with the stuff you can get along with your Servant, it's possible to survive, especially if you help out the heroes.

Winning is another matter but if you chose your stuff carefully and have a plan, it's still perfectly possible with just what's in this jump.

>>51032524
Not just on it's own no. Your maximum output is whatever your maximum pool of magical energy is outside of the Third Magic. Whether that's measured by how many Magic Circuits you have or something from another magic system/jump is up to you.

>>51032528
AGAIN THEN.

Let's say you buy A rank strength in the first jump. That doesn't mean you can just buy A+ strength for 100SP in the second jump. You need to buy everything up to there to get to A+ in the second jump, making it worth 350SP. They stack as if you had two strength perks from any one of hundreds of other jumps but they do not count as combining for the sake of actual buying stuff.

Having 50 ton strength before you use the Supplement doesn't mean you automatically have A rank strength or whatever and can just buy up from there. How is this such a trial to understand for some people?

> Wait, so-do you actually go full Chara, and piggyback onto some other character to make them do your edgy bidding?
Chara is piggybacking on me, and is my only "companion". We have conversations occasionally, though they're pretty nihilistic and awful.
All other companions get murdered. So, y'know, that kindof sucks for the freebies.

About the only interesting thing in this alt!chain are weird quirks or parallels that crop up.
So like, as a quirk, floweytale!Jumper makes a savestate at the start of every jump, so that she can emergency reset the whole thing if needed. But once the jump is over and that universe destroyed, she doesn't save over them. So she's got about a hundred or so unusable savestates, because the worlds they went back to have been deleted.

As a parallel, her partner in PMD was Sylvee (an Eevee), the same as in my main chain. He went turncoat and rallied the world against her, standing up to her like a real hero. The hero he'd always wanted to be.
She laughed in his face.
>>
>>51032656
If you take both then yes, they all come at you at once. If it's just Black is the New Black, then they don't have any coordination at all. They're still all after you but they might arrive all at once or just one at a time or something in between. They'll also be even less able to work together then with Centre Stage so you might even see them get into brief fights (And possibly set those up if you're smart/lucky).

Corrupted Gil will fight with all his power but with even less actual thought then just normal Gil.

You could just buy more magic circuits to increase the pool but yeah, Black Grail would greatly increase it to because it gives loads of magic.

No, the Black Grail is mostly just Angra Mainyu stuff and a connection to the Grail through which the Black Grail can channel some of the endless magical energy, though it's limited by how much energy the BG can channel at one time, so Sakura could only channel about as much magical energy as she could normally contain at full (Which wasn't much, about equal to Rin's full stores/100 circuits). You don't get that connection but in exchange you get a vast amount of energy and the ability to quickly adjust to using it all.

The imitation of the Third Magic you might be thinking of is the Dress of Heaven, which allows limited, flawed use of the Third.

>>51032730

It will be yes, since you're not absorbing years of knowledge from your future self every second like Shirou was. It's not necessarily doable by all jumpers, especially depending on your build, since it is a 600cp drawback. >>51032684
The idea is that S:TAS would be an independent entity. There are no options or anything exclusively related to B:TAS or Justice League in the jump.

I'm also including an option to wall off the continuity of the jump from your future or past DCAU jumps. If the thread thinks it is necessary then rather than removing S:TAS altogether I would just remove the choice and take it totally out of continuity.

I think both B:TAS and S:TAS are great series that both deserve jumps.

Incidentally, it will end before the natural beginning of Justice League anyway.
>>
>>51032838
Yeah, that's one of the few ways the JUMPER drawback is a lot less dangerous, having way stronger companions.

Memory Bleed? It doesn't become any stronger then the perk describes so it won't help much when they have so much time over you.
>>

>>

>>
>>51032710
So Corrupt Gil won't just pull out Ea and insta kill me and the world, thats good to know.

Okay my basic game plan is that as soon as I arrive I grab Shirou and any other surviving masters and we book it to England before the Alter servants can get their wits about that. In England I go to Clocktower and through whatever means necessary convince Lorelei that if she doesn't get her ass in gear their won't be a humanity left to study/protect, perhaps give Magi samples of my Dragonheart blood in exchange for them actually doing something about the impending doom. Then use whatever I can to get as many friendly High powered people in this setting to set up a base for me and my servant to stay in. I also give Shirou an "I'll make a man out of you speech." I really need him to counter Corrupted Archer and Gilgamesh. Then when the servants inevitably come assuming I actually live I teleport to Angra Mainyu and blow him up before he revives the servants.

Repeat this process as many times as needed in order to survive.
>>
>>51032911
Shirou probably wouldn't survive against a bloodlusted Archer long enough to get any powers. Instead of Archer hanging out at his house being sarcastic he'll be perforating him with swords.

Merging the continuities could work, but Justice Lord stuff might be more appropriate for Spyro's Justice League jump. Those are pretty cool ideas though KOTOR, thanks!

They can still grow.

>>
>>51033099
Nah, don't worry about it, it's cool. Wait, really? I though that fell under S:TAS? Huh. Weird.

Erm, what about a perk or power for something like the Unity or the Preacher? I remember the former could brainwash people into a hivemind, and the latter had a terrifying true form. Maybe something for that?
>>
>>51033162
Again, I don't give a shit about your magical realm.
>>
You know, I just had a though.

All those jumps that say 'or you can pay 50 cp to be any gender'... Does that include /d/?

I mean, there's no way I would actually do so, I have other methods, but the idea just amuses me for some reason.
>>
>>51033237
Usually no. I think there's a few out there that allow it though.
Eclipse Phase comes to mind

>>51033227
What does that even have to do with magical realms?

You could of, course, use shapeshifting to achieve the same effect.

Eh, if you want I guess? I'd really want to just not get into some sort of gender debate on /tg/ of all things. It seems like something that's best left up to the individual and not in the thread.

If you take 'sword' it'd let you eventually be able to do UBW without the RM. Well, not the arena mode thing, just the projection of Noble Phantasms. It'd be possible for you and you'd learn to that level in a few years (As well as learning a lot of other sword based magic that Shirou wouldn't with just UBW) and you'd have to pay big costs in energy but it's possible. This is when most Magi, even prodigies like Rin, would consider something like projecting Noble Phantasms, even temporary ones, to be an impossible feat.

It doesn't really synergise with RMs unless that RM is a skill based one where the learning bonus of Bone would assist it.

If I understand this correctly, the "Song of the Helheim" drawback challenges the Jumper to get the Forbidden Fruit to win?

Because that's the only canon way I can think of to stop Helheim from consuming the planet. Once he went full Space God, Kouta just got the infection to move to a lifeless planet.

From Wikipedia
Tensile/Compressive/Shear strength
>Because of the way that bone is formed, bone has a high compressive strength of about 170 MPa (1800 kgf/cm2), poor tensile strength of 104–121 MPa, and a very low shear stress strength (51.6 MPa)
Just multiply these numbers by 1000.

Pressure resistance
6.3 kPa, 0.9 psi

>Pressure where water boils at normal human body temperature (37°C), the pressure below which humans absolutely cannot survive (Armstrong limit).[41]
So just… divide these numbers by 1000?
Going to space unprotected will probably still kill you by pressure, or rather lack thereof, alone.

Deepest freedive recorded was 214 meters by Herbert Nitsch.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herbert_Nitsch
Pressures that deep are just over 2 MPa.
So, 2000 MPa for EX Endurance. To be expected, with bones having a compressive resistance of 170000 MPa

From livescience
>Most humans will suffer hyperthermia after 10 minutes in extremely humid, 140-degree-Fahrenheit (60-degrees-Celsius)heat.

So low-ball estimate, humans can temporarily survive temps 23°C above body temp. So the low-ball upper limit on temperature resistance would be 2337°C.
At this point, swimming in lava is an actual option, and you could gargle molten lead.

He 'adopted' a bunch of orphans from a huge fire he caused years ago and keeps them locked up in agonising pain beneath his church to power his ally. He also wants to release infinite evil onto the world to kill everyone.

Zouken is the Nasuverses worst father/grandfather. He implanted rape worms into his granddaughter Sakura and used her as blackmail so that his son, who disliked magic, would participate in the 4th Grail War. He also just looks evil.

Kirei is a psychopath who only can experience positive emotions from the pain and suffering of others. Originally he tried to fight this by becoming a Holy Man and a loving father and wife but that did not work. Gilgamesh convinced him in the 4th Grail War to embrace his inner darkness, which he does by murdering his mentor and creating mana batteries from the orphans of the Fire.

Neither of them are very good people but Zouken is so bad that Kirei was disgusted by him.

I am.

I'm proud to say that I'm marginally better at it than Ragyo Kiryuin!

> Who is the most troublesome?
Probably Vera or Malefor.
Vera is my forever rival, and tends to butt in as the hero to my various shenanigans. Although sometimes she's actually the antagonist, if you could believe it!
The drawback says she's similar to me in a lot of respects, and I do in fact take that seriously.

> Who are you most protective of?

I am, sort of. I'm always looking after the rest of my group, trying to make sure they're safe and taken care of. I'm also sort of a Papa Wolf, so anyone that messes with my companions can expect quick reprisal.

Alma. She's...getting better, but she still has a lot of issues that need to be sorted out. So she tends to react violently to anyone who even looks at her, myself, or my companions, funny. Which I can respect, though she goes a little overboard with it.

Nana, as in Nana's Everyday Life Nana. I almost feel sorry for anyone who tries to hurt her in anyway, because they'll deal with myself, Alma, and all my other companions. Almost being the key word.

Uh, depends on your taste really. Spice can go with loads of things. Personally I really like curries but since I'm not that great with spice, not mega hot. I can handle chilis but there's some crazy shit out there.

If you're just going for shock value, it's pretty easy to search up the spiciest chilis around like Death Reapers or Scorpions. Eating one whole would probably sbe amazing to watch.

If you really really wanted to go crazy, search up Blair's spices and sauces. Spiciest stuff on the planet, since it's all artificial. It's probably the limit of what the perk can take, since anything more is something meant for active harm then just food and I'm still honestly convinced that the worse Blair stuff is chemical warfare

>>51034144
Haha. Yes, my bad. The one from HotD, my first companion I think.

No, the Seryu from Akame ga Kill. Justice Girl.

>>51034164

>>51034181
No to both. There will be ways to get multiple Servants in later jumps, definitely GO, probably Apocrypha and maybe one of the others. And I honestly can't think of anyone aside from Sella or Leysritt that features mainly in FSN and isn't covered by one of the other options.

I am vaguely considering a two for one kind of deal or something along the lines in Zero or Hollow only because there isn't really anywhere else the Ore Scales thing fits but I dunno if they'll work out.

>>51034224
You're going through 9 extra grail wars, each just as hard as the first one you go to in canon and they all have their own plots and secret twists. You are just one of 7-8 participants so you don't need to fight everyone but you will get into a bunch of battles. I'd say it's just below Black is the new Black as the hardest of the 4 300cp drawbacks.

>>
>>51034215
Not him, but Sakura is worst girl, independent of being raped. She has all the personality of a door mat, and has a bunch of personal power, more than just about anyone, but doesn't ever use it for anything. Except on her route where she uses it to eat and enslave servants and generally make the protags job much harder than it should be.
Sakura a shit.

I'm the fucking mom, considering how I popped out the kids and took care of them. Also I'm the group's designated psychologist. Comes with studying to be a social worker before I started jumping, I guess.

The most troublesome? Probably Vyers or Katsumi. Katsumi wants to fight everything, and Vyers is well...let's just say that his overlord tendencies never really left him.

The one we want to protect the most? Jeanne for sure. She's the youngest child and a huge sweetie pie. Although she can definably hold her own, she has an aura that just makes you want to protect her.

UBW can replicate things other than swords, but the farther you get from a sword the more it costs, right?
>>
>>51034304
Yes, though aparently there's some sort of limit. It's pretty generous though, as Archer was able to project a shield at one point. I'd say that unless you're looking at armour, vehicles or completely non combat related stuff, you could probably project it with enough magical energy. Bone of my Sword isn't the same so it's not able to go to related stuff.

Oh, well. Personally my tastes in food are real simply. Just nice, fresh bread with some spicy chicken strips heated to really hot temperatures and then eaten with some milk. Or just a whole box of hot salami slices with a glass of milk. Or some mild-low hot curry, preferably chicken though I don't mind much. With a glass of milk of course.
>>
>>51034268
How? A gun has a barrel, something to hold ammunition, and some manner of propulsion (depending on the gun). Really, the difference between an autocannon and an LMG is a matter of proportions. You could probably say that "gun" actually covers less than "sword", considering all the various weird-ass types of sword out there (keyblades, lightsabers, power-swords, whip-swrods, flamberges, khopesh, etc.). At the very most, they're about equal.

If you go Thai, I'd get green curry since it's the most zesty and least heavy flavor. The soups are also GOAT; I recommend the fish soups since they're more flavorsome as a tom yum goong and less hard on the stomach than a tom kha gai's coconut milk can be. Lentil stew's also pretty good, but a bit of an acquired taste for most people I know.

If you go Indian, Punjabi curry incorporates a lot of rich oils because of the Tadka spice tempering. Though Northern India is the most famous for theirs, and Kerala has a distinctive brand that includes coconut and mustard seeds as ingredients

I hear there's an American dish just called "chili" that's made with beer, meat and beans as well as actual chilies. Sounds interesting though I've never tried it.

And if you stick with Chinese, a Sichuan hot pot can leave a spice in your mouth that makes mapo tofu feel gentle by comparison. Hot and sour soup also keeps you warm on cold nights.

Troublesome? Eeeh. . .depends.

Protective? Pretty much all of them.
>>
>>51034384
I'm aware of what both of them are anon. That doesn't really change my opinion on there being more types of guns than there are swords, especially since the majority of sword variations come down to the blade being a little longer or shorter or in a funny shape.

We all are the team mom, since we all look out for each other (the exception being Flowey, who usually just hangs out and grouses whenever he's not in his pod). Overall, the most protective person is probably Bigby... when he's around. Dude is scary when his friends are in trouble, but he likes to go off on his own a lot. Miranda and I try and keep everyone happy and healthy, Arnold ends up doing a lot of the cleaning most of the time, and Coppulyte and Sir Alonne are surprisingly good at cooking. The most troublesome person aside from me (drawbacks) and Flowey is Bigby, who has problems leaving well enough alone sometimes. I'm most protective of Miranda, my wife and partner from PMD (she's a Milotic).

oh god, don't mention the beans. Now you've opened up the floodgates to beans in chili discourse.

It's absolutely fantastic, especially on nachos and with some chopped hot dogs in it. Bit redundant to put meat in what amounts to a really thick meat soup but the result is delicious.

You've got bolt action and automatic as an example of differences in reloading. Then there's railguns as opposed to chemical propellants. Guns are actually pretty varied in how they can work. Lots of different types.
>>
>>51034566
Not really. There's what type of cartridge it uses, the actual bullets in the cartridge, whether it's a handgun, rifle, shotgun, and so on, the vast variance in actual mechanisms even amongst similar types, etc.

Bancho, with PS238 jump, is it intended that:

#1. You can only raise one FISS trait to Rank 6, or

#2. You can raise any FISS trait(s) to Rank 6 so long as you're buying them separately (i.e. paying 100cp each rather than 300cp for all)
>>
>>51034421
That's one hell of an oversimplification.
>>
>>51034587
Weird.
>>
>>51034566
Within a single category of guns maybe yes, but there's a lot more categories that greatly differ then with swords. A pistol, machinegun, rifle, sniper, naval gun, grenade or rocket launcher, railgun, laser gun (And all the variations) are all guns, despite there being very big differences between many of them. And then everything all the other guys are suggesting on top of the huge categories.

Swords, for the most part, are a handle with a sharp bit extending from the end. What the sharp bit is made up of might change, it might change in size a lot or in shape a bit, but ultimately all swords come down to the same basic shape and idea. Guns do not.

Vyers likes to make cosmetics and bath bombs in his spare time.

Domon Kasshu, predictably, likes shounen anime. Oddly enough he also likes competitive cooking shows, although we had to make a special soundproof room for him so he can scream at the tv all he wants without disturbing everyone else.

Katsumi likes sports and like her dad, also screams at the tv all the time. She also likes to watch bad movies, although she laughs at them.

Aella likes to make weird food that looks grotesque to eat. We're talking stuff that looks like eyeballs and entrails here. Although she doesn't actually cook with sapient creature's body parts. We hope.

Jeanne likes to write poems and stories. She also has an interest in being a medical doctor, since she feels that using magic to supplement surgery is reliable. I think she's right.

George de Sand usually likes to train, but on days he's taking a break he reads or tends to the garden we have in the Warehouse. He's usually reading sappy romances,

Queen Stellarina likes to also work in the garden, but she's usually up late reading philosophical texts or reading history. Lewyn does the same, but he likes to just sit in the garden and play his mandolin or pipes. He's pretty nice to listen to.

SOFE looks up weird shit on wikipedia and she draws a bunch of weird tech stuff and she'll usually ask me or Colress or Stellarina some weird questions that concern us sometimes or odd resources. But we like her and she pumps out good results, so we don't mine.

Colress shuts himself in his lab all the time. I don't want to think about what he does in there. He genuinely enjoys it, though.

Whimsy and Howie like to tend to the garden and bake things! It's a wholesome past time.

Which are originally separate items, yes. I believe that UBW would be unable to copy a piece of someone's soul. Even if it somehow did, I don't see any reason the Zanpakutou spirits, who have somehow been copied, would release themselves for a UBW wielder.

>>51035039
Eventually it'd be far superior in every form, but that's eventually. On the order of centuries for most Noble Phantasms, possibly millenia for the highest tier stuff. Still, once you get there you'd basically be doing it at at least the same rate Archer does it inside his RM but outside.

>>51035073
It's very vague but what the description implies is that it's more like summoning stuff that always exists but only for the one using it. So it's like it's creating from nothing from the perspective of everyone except the user? Best I can explain with the limited info we got.
>>
>>51035004
Technically they're not really? Asuachi are actual swords that are given to Shinigami and become Zapakuto when the wielder imprints on them, but they're still somewhat seperate beings from the Shinigami.

Alternatively suppose I could try to bargain my way out, don't really have anything on the level of the big guys, but lending them some Phantoms or Zodiarts Switches might work. Faust Driver and Heaven's Sage could also be (ab)used to make fake Gamna to serve as infiltrators. Or as a last resort can set up a last stand in the Drive Pit using Slowdown, Cosmic Energy, and various other tricks to be nearly impenetrable to the Ganma. Don't feel like risking it if I don't have to, and will probably just go for running silent and deep instead. Using Gaia's Sensorium to hide while we hunt down a portal we can hijack. Companion builds to follow, then actual rolls and plot of how things went.

Actual backstory I assume involved me working with Banno and Krim in the early days before accidentallying myself into the Ganma world along with my lab. Probably doing something stupid with Eyecons. Also probably mutter something about an accident with an experimental core drivar causing the transference to be subjected to ridiculous slowdown, explaining why I'm not popping up in the Ganma World much earlier.

Companion Builds Here: http://pastebin.com/ahmjkU5D Sigma is going to be fun to play with.

Then that's one thing but there's still the issue of there being actual souls in each of those blades. As far as I am ware, it's not something that EMIYA is capable of doing, reproducing an entire or part of a soul with his power. And again it goes back to the earlier point of- even if you can project these, copy the wielders skill and strength and speed of use...you're still not the user and the soul in the blade can recognise that.

>>51035112
Indeed.

>>51035120
The one flaw, apart from the extensive learning times, is that it only treats what could exist as always existing. So if you're in a setting where something is absolutely impossible t exist or do, the First won't be able to summon it (Till Post Spark). Though, it'll always be able to do anything possible within Nasuverse and if you have some way of bringing parts of verses along with you as locations that'll fix it too.

Mostly a technicality, like the whole creation/summoning thing, so it won't really be important for anything but the most esoteric/high level stuff.

>>51035139
Mhm. Like I said, it's mostly a technicality and won't make any difference between creation and summoning most of the time.

>>51035163
Mm.
>>
>>51035210
So where did you find the information about the First Magic being able to replicate the other Magics besides the Fourth? There's like no information on the wiki.
>>
>>51035247
I didn't, it's just basic common sense. If it can create anything, even instances of events, then it should eventually be capable of creating the same events that the other magics can do. It might take millenia or even far more to do but with how broad it is, and with the crazy rep that's implied by getting the Bart clan to respect you just for having it, I wouldn't be surprised. A lot of the First was just extrapolated from what little is on there.

Haven't played this game unfortunately, so I'll keep things brief. I helped Corrin out, of course, with whatever they needed help with. I didn't send Kamiko (seeing literally all of the other horny bastards in the army shacking up and having kids made me give in when Miranda asked if we could have one) to the Deeprealms to grow up, since the idea of her parents not being around a lot while she was growing up made me uncomfortable. Luckily, the whole business with the insane dragon god got wrapped up rather quickly with our help, so she had a pretty good childhood.

Kamiko's kind, and enthusiastic about everything she does (except for her studies, which she tends to slack off on...) with a strong sense of tolerance and fair-play (to the point that when we happened to meet Arthur he thought she was emulating him). While Miranda and I handled her education and upbringing, my other companions taught her as well; Bigby taught her survival skills, Sir Alonne is teaching her swordsmanship (which she is VERY enthusiastic about) and Coppulyte is teaching her martial arts (ditto). Arnold didn't have much to contribute, but he and Nanako helped out with her the most early on. I didn't let Flowey teach her anything.

Nanako was pretty freaked out about the whole "Jumper" thing, but she got over it pretty quick once she realized that I was still pretty much the same person as who I was in my background. She gets along pretty well with everyone, and I think she might like Alonne, though he's either oblivious to that or not interested.

Yeah I was thinking of swords that become heroic spirits themselves. Those apparently have souls. Still I wouldn't be surprised if he could, he copies way weirder and stronger shit anyway.

He'd certainly encounter a few more but they're not exactly common things and a Counter Guardian isn't always summoned to places where HS are even still a thing. Most of the places we see EMIYA going to are modern or in the future anyway. And a few hundred to thousand is still plenty enough to cover a hill of swords (Which I'm pretty sure actually refers to both Arturia's final battle and the UBW? Can't remember that bit too well).

I..can't say I recall any sword that became a heroic spirit by itself anon. If you're wanting to convince me, you're going to need to seek out a source for this.

I don't believe he actually does copy anything weirder then a sword with an actively conscious and controlling soul in it.
>>
>>51035546
It was a Nasu Q&A where he was talking about why people good at guns can't become heroic spirits.

Q: If there are Heroic Spirits like Archer, who was summoned independent of time axis, is it possible for warriors from the future, who are loaded with modern weapons, to be summoned as Servants?

A: Although modern weapons are powerful, it is difficult for the users of modern weapons to be classified as Heroic Spirits. The advantage of modern weapons is "anyone can use them as long as they were trained", thus it is difficult for the user to become a Heroic Spirit, whose definition is "the one and only". The users of modern weapons are faceless heroes. If there are indeed heroes who are loaded with modern weapons, the users will not become Heroic Spirits, as they are merely "experts anyone can

achieve through sufficient training". The actual Heroic Spirits being worshiped will be the "greatest weapon of that era". However, for the weapon to become a Heroic Spirit in this case, it must harbour a soul.

Meanwhile the biological warfare platform that is my EVO form wasn't readily available due to a lack of easy EVO, which it needs to keep its immune system functional despite having the mother of all infections supercharged with EVO running through it. I can only hope that the Gamnaizers and the resulting Bugster got a mutual kill.

Since I got stumped near the top, with regards to Demi-Servant do you have to "build" a specific Servant from canon to merge with or can you pick freely?
>>
>>51035585
That actually seems more like it's saying that if a Heroic Spirit came to be in the modern era, it would be a weapon because that's what is idolised, not the user since they're mass produced and the users of modern weapons are anonymous. But it also says that a modern weapon would only become a HS in this way if it had a soul.

The Fitfth Magic was a necessary bit of messing around to keep it balanced with the others options and 800cps. If you don't like it being different from canon, assume that it's because your buying it through cp instead.

Magi can live for very long times, hundreds of years isn't really that big a stretch, especially for exceptionally strong and skilled ones like Zel, since he's noted to be a crazy badass magus in addition to super strong as a Wizard.

Fate is always such a weird setting for me.
Like, it has a bunch of fun characters. And I love fun characters! But then it makes you fight to the death. And I don't want to fight to the death.
I wanna hang out and do fun things.
Like, I dunno. Go to a carnival! That would be fun, right?!

But them if you try to do plot, it turns out everyone has super bullshit powers. And not just the fun characters. The whole world has, like, this huge undercurrent of super bullshit running underneath it, and that's scary. Super bullshit is scary.

So, I always feel like Fate is, like, the coolest setting that I'm not allowed to touch anything.

Anyway, after flying away from Germany while invisibles, I roamed from country to country trying out cuisines and fashions, hanging out and doing fun things.
Also some guys kept following me like fucking Interpol from the Chipmunk Adventure.
So yeah.

Well, I guess you could stack the same one to increase it's power, like with any perk that can stack with others of the same type to increase in power. You'd probably want to be careful with that though, as the only RM perk that explicitly makes it clear your personality/mind is not affected by taking something that doesn't fit you is the FSN jump one. If you're buying it through the supplement, you'll want to pick something that already fits you or you'll see some changes to make it fit.

Okay, minor update.

Changelog-
-Made clear that the war is optional. You can give up your Command Seals and Servant to not take part in the war. This is only available for Masters. If you're a Servant, you're taking part.
-CP to CP conversion option added
-Continuation drawback added
-Note about multiple True Magics added to the Sorceror's Apprentice perk
-Spinal Tap is now something that must be done before any use of supernatural abilities but only takes a minute.
-Pseudo and Demi Servant clarified as giving a living body for any effect that needs it, such as regenerating as a living being even if you're a Servant.
-Demi Servant is made clearer that you also get the Servant Origin for the purposes of discounts, though you do not get the 100cp perk free.
-Class War has been buffed. Enemy Servants regenerate as if they are living, Hassan gains the abilities of other canon Hassan servants and Master Alliance does not affect the Servants if this drawback is taken.

Is there going to be a 5th Dimensional Imp drawback?
>>
>>51036496

I have a few questions.

Does the continuity drawback apply to any earlier (and earlier in the timeline) Type-Moon jump, or just earlier Fate jumps?

>Hassan gains the abilities of other canon Hassan servant

Does this include the original Hassan a.k.a. Grand Assassin from Grand Order, or just the normal ones?
>>
>>51036591
It applies to any jump that would have you change things and take place before Stay Night. So Tsukihime won't do anything since it takes place at about the same time as this one but the upcoming Zero jump, any dimension traveling you to from other upcoming Fate jumps (Or other Type Moon jumps) or anything you do with the eventually-going-to-be defunct Fate generic jump will be included.

It does include King Hassan but like with Gilgamesh and his CCC incarnation, it won't give any massive power ups beyond the other Servants. It's mostly stat buffs, Skills and Noble Phantasms.

>It does include King Hassan but like with Gilgamesh and his CCC incarnation, it won't give any massive power ups beyond the other Servants. It's mostly stat buffs, Skills and Noble Phantasms

Two more questions just in case.

1. Are the Assassins at King Hassan's normal non-super mode state, or just equal to the rest of the servants?

2. Do they gain free access to King Hassan's powers, or would the whole 'I will kill you after helping with something if you need my help' rule still apply?
>>
>>51036885
uh, just equal to the rest of the Servants I think. Basically, Hassan gets any of King Hassan's Skills or NPs that aren't going to win him the war on his own. They get free access too. It's Demon Armed Hassan as the main personality, as he's the True Assassin in 5th war.
>>
How can I empower non-companions?
>>
>>51036681
Lord of Time
>-The Lord of Time instinctively twists causality so that he pretty much always wins, and casually travels from the end of an universe back to the beginning.
>Being able to appear even before summoned ("being already here")

Archmaster of Time
>Archmasters of Time have looked fully in the face of time itself. They have learned the final and most fundamental truth about time and space; it may be fluid and inconstant, but it is one large piece. It is human beings who tend to cut it into consumable pieces; years-months, days-weeks, etc. Because, of this revelation, many Seekers have a serenity about them that is reflects in their gentle eyes. Archmasters may shunt objects into the past and future. One can rewrite the histories of both themselves and others, changing their very souls. One can distort time so much that a scene from the past or future becomes manifest. And this isn’t to speak of the most speculated upon power of archmastery; time travel. An Arc of Time can walk back in time like most people walk downhill. Because if time is one piece and is equal to space, then the journey through time should be a simple as turning a corner. Another ability of an Arc is to be able to hide between the moments, or outside of time itself.

Paradoxical
>Post-Spark, Paradoxical grants you the power to freely travel through space and time, as well as slow down and speed up time. You can choose what is affected by this power, and thanks to your knowledge you know the limits that you can abuse it before it damages the space-time continuum.

All of these are post-spark unlocks or End-game options.

Uh. Look, what the Fifth can do is described in the notes. It can grow from there, it's a soft cap situation. It's proooobably not going to get to the first two without a fuckload of outside perks and a unknown but obscene amount of time. And it's always going to have it's flaw which just gets worse as you move around more and more time so uh, the really high end uses like you describe in those two probably just destroy everything around you forever with uncontrollable amounts of heat and destruction that just instantly spread across all of time then let you do that stuff. Maybe a bit less. Still bad juju.

I imagine it can probably sorta do the last one though how much you can do increases with skill and energy and it still has the flaw. You can time travel eventually but it's not going to be like "Now I can suddenly go a million years into the past" but something you work at to get better. And it'd be better to just slow or speed up your own time. It'd do less bad stuff with the burden it creates then if you tried to slow down all of time or speed it all up.

>>
>>51037041
I think slowing or accelerating yourself can be done without a burden, if you're borrowing time like you describe yeah. Doing it on your own...not sure. I think at that point you'd probably need to deal with similar problems that Kiritsugu's time accel does, where slowing or speeding yourself either harms your body or maybe just prematurely ages you if your speeding up enough. Borrowing should be safe, as long as you're not...I dunno, speeding up more then the years you've borrowed can take?

>>
>>51037110

I decided to recheck. They have a skill that gives their normal attacks a 5% chance of an instant kill, and another skill that removes instant kill resistance (a.k.a. they can kill things immune to death effects). It's technically a rather small chance, but it's an effect that doesn't even need a noble phantasm, and the other skill means resistance probably won't work.

Oh and none of this is a Grand upgrade. Since they had to give up the title for the fight their usable in.

uh. As hard as it is for them to make it and as long as it took them? I'm not getting why you're asking me this.
>>
>>51037456
Don't forget that with Gundam 00 you can turn everybody into innovators through enough exposure to GN particles. So if you set up a Watchmen style generator system then have them all simultaneously do Trans-Am Burst for a couple of times a day, then after a few months Innovators will start popping up.

Actually, the Great Curse in Solars(And Exaltations as a whole, really) only latched on due to a design of Autochthon he engineered into the various shards to act as an anti-horror measure - IE, mental protection against mind and sanity blasting effects. There's rules for how it works for Non-cursed Exalted in the Shards book, iirc.

Remember, the Great Curse effected all Exalted, not just Solars.

>>51036496
Okay, just to clarify, as my brain must be half-muddled or something - if you've already summoned a servant in, say, Fate Extra, you don't get another servant by taking this later, do you?
>>
>>51037397
Wasn't it made of kryptonite?
>>
>>51037499
You can summon different Servants in as many Fate jumps as you want. The only things you can do once is be a Servant and get SP for it or let another person be a Servant and get SP for it. You can only use the supplement once per person(Excluding Demi/Pseudo Servant, which can also only be once per person) but ou can have as many different Servants as you get the chance to buy.

So if you're a Master in Extra and this, you can get a Servant from both.

I hope for the day we have enough Rin faces to fill this thread.
>>
>>51037476
Didn't notice that the quote didn't paste:
>Beyond this point, improvement
begins to slow down more and more as you struggle for each further gain but you will never fully stop. Someday, eons in the future, who knows what you could accomplish, First among Wizards.

And how much would being able to make something already help? If you can already make missiles the mundane way would it take less time to learn how to make than the other stuff that takes decades.
>>
>>51037516
I'm talking about when the DCAU watchtower blew up with the force of a nuke and knocked him out, I don't think it had any Kryptonite in it's reactor but I could be wrong.

Is Extra getting an update?
>>
>>51032643
More like consistently National level. He has strength that can wreck skyscrapers in one hit, durability to tank the same, and can fly at decent fractions of light speed.
He's pretty far above street level stuff.
>>
>>51037538
I really can't give an answer, because 'crazy jumper bullshit' is completely vague and could mean basically anything. The more something is beyond the top examples given, the more time it will take to get there and it gets even longer to get there the further it is.

Being able to make something already...it'd probably shave some time off but I don't really know how much. It'd be an appreciable fraction but probably not more then a third at most?

>>51037528
I too hope for one such day.
>>
>>51037550
Eventually, yes. Probably not for a bit yet.

What perk is this?

If you are fused with a faceless spirit by Demi-Servant can you still take Servant Override and what happens if you do? Is a default personality based on the Servant perks inserted for the duration of the drawback?

Just a default personality that will be doing stuff you don't want them to be doing. The exact specifics is up to you.

Elder Scrolls Skrim: Master of the Arcane. Lets you teach a branch of Elder Scrolls magic to others.

I must admit I like this, if only because while I love the series, Batman Beyond is not how I wanted Bruce's story to go.

Hey Val, what do you think about Extelia? I'm trying to understand the wiki entry and watch some playthroughs and...I'm utterly baffled.

Attila/Altera's feeds-on-anything-designed-by-intellect ability is BULLSHIT. The fact that pure magical energy and high-level NPs like Excalibur and Vasavi Shakti can hurt her seems like more of an afterthought than anything

I'm a little miffed there seems to be barely any explaination for what the Velber actually are or why they're invading, but-there is an uncanny similarity between their "units" and the Alter Egos. Seems almost like the Moon Cell interpreted Kiara's wish as remaking her in the image of them

At least Karna apparently finally goes all-out and...beats ENTIRE TEAMS of Servants, apparently. Including Gil and Archer who can copy Excalibur. And the final boss, off-screen, because his timeline thingy shows humanity survived in his future meaning he stopped her from harvesting civilisation. Jesus, Karna OP

...oh god. We're going to have an Extelia jump.

How the hell am I supposed to explain Kiara's continued existence to all the Hakunos and their overly protective and also overly OP Servants.

How.

No clue. I've kept mostly in the dark about Extella since I'm getting it on my birthday, same day it comes out actually. Least here in Oz. Most I know is some vague terms and who's playable in it.

>Surprise 8th contender
Do you need a Jumper class servant to do this, or do you just choose to not replace any canon characters?

If you do have to replace a canon servant, who's the best one to replace?

You have to be Jumper class to be the 8th Servant (Technically 9th since Gilgamesh is in the war but still).

Out of the ones you can replace? Really depends on your build but I think for most, it'd be Heracles, as he's the strongest contender outside of Gilgamesh, who you can't replace, in this war.
>>
>>51037519
Well. That's... Wasn't expecting that.

Wow. Thanks, Valeria!
>>
>>51037929

Velber is apparently a Brainiac-like observation device with a Reaper-like cycle meant as a replacement for the Moon Cell. It basically sends out disposable drones like Altera to destroy civilizations/species, and somehow collects their data from this. No I don't know why they decided to switch to this when they already made the Moon Cell eons ago.

>>51037947

Oh that's easy.

You can point out that her plans technically don't actually involve much intellect.
Which might make her effective as an anti Velber weapon do to their anti-though weapons. Now how you deal with Kiara's reaction is another story.

Would the ability to ignore magic resistance be a Noble Phantasm, or a Skill? (I ask only because skills have done some things that personally I'd call a NP)

And what rank would it be, either way?
>>
>>51038099
If I take Grail Campaign and Black is the new Black, will the black mud be present in all of the Grail Wars? I assume it does, but asking can never hurt.

Also, what is harder to fight, 7 Alter Servants or 7 Servants without limitations?
>>
>>51038123
Actually, ignore the Skill question, I think I was just imagining things.
