Johnny Joestar: is much harder to stat in D&D 5e.

He's best represented as a paladin with a ranged natural weapon and class features that allow ranged weapon use so that he can apply smites at range, and by the end of the story, he's managed to get Banishing Smite.

Too much homebrew to actually properly represent.
