This time: Jump 16, Hellsing

The last few hours of our time in Strike Witches snuck up on us. The white room closed in on us during a particularly energetic and drunken game of Twister on the beach of Tahiti at midnight. Needless to say, it wasn’t until some hours later that we had recovered our wits enough to realize where we were.
This time there wasn’t even a note from the Coordinator, just the same series of plain, grey filing cabinets that contained all the Jump Documents.

Raven: So, where are we headed this time? First time you’ve been able to choose in a while.
Jumper: Thirty years isn’t that long. And it was a fun ride.
Yamato: Phrasing!
Wakana: Dear, don’t make me hurt you.
Y: I’ll behave.
J: Anyways, I’m really not sure where to head next. I have a couple places I know I want to head but deciding on which is a little harder.
Okuda: Why don’t you tell us a little about them boss? We could decide as a group.
J: Sure. The first is a post-apocalyptic world where magic’s gone absolutely nutty and most of the humans are gone. It’s pretty chill for the most part, but there’s bits of darkness tucked into the cracks. Most of the main characters seem like fun people to meet. The other is way darker and bloodier, and it involves vampires, but it is a pretty substantial power boost. Also, if the Coordinator picks it for a punishment Jump, he could put us on the side of Vampire Nazis.

Skills really don't combine like that though.

As for how ingrained into the setting game mechanics are I would say that it's not necessarily like that in verse, but from a player perspective thats the only way we're ever shown things outside of smash bros.
It's not that things need to be classes, but it's a lot easier to put it like that rather than partition things off.
I think the sacred stones jump did it admirably though given what they had to work with.

Story:
Okay, full frontal honestly, this place got lewd, so I'm just going to talk about it in generalities.
So, I woke up with Fem!Alucard's fangs buried in my neck, a Hellsing Organization uniform on my back, and being stared at by my Companions. Their expressions ranged from horror to amused interest. In fairly short order Alucard complimented my taste, insulted every one of my Companions individually, and took us back to Hellsing. The conversation with Integra went something like this.

Alucard: "I can keep pets if I want to!"
Integra: "Random members of my staff you assault and turn into vampires are not pets!"
A: "Well not with that attitude negative Nancy."
I: "At least you didn't shoot anyone this time."
A: "Hang on a second..."

The only real drawback to Arcanine is when things get a little rocky.

SO Age of Wonders has a perk called False Balance that basically lets you cheat requirements for magic items and powers e.g. using something that requires you to be pure good despite being an evil douche, as well as being able to use diametrically opposed forces like Order and Chaos at the same time

My question is can this perk be used to allow you to become the Avatar of multiple kingdoms in DC Occult? I know the notes say you can't but False Balance just seem like it should be able to get around that unless it is a hard Fiat that you just can't get around no matter what

Integra, while being a sassy bitch, was actually pretty grateful to have a vampire on staff that was actually willing to follow orders. Even if I was a snarky bastard right back at her. It became obvious pretty quickly that the Drawback was having a certain amount of influence on my own actions, as well as those of my Companions. They went along with my ensuing shenanigans and Alucard's with a lot more good grace than they should have.

Seras joined us a few weeks later, still cute as ever, though a bit surprised to find Hellsing staffed by so many... colorful personalities. Each of my Companions eventually took to the fang themselves with a little prodding. Okuda was first and the most willing and joined me in snacking on dragons. Raven and Lina came next, as a pair, who were a more varied in their tastes. Wakana was the last I turned, as she bite Yamato herself. Those two really needed to keep the noise down though.

The Brother's assault on Hellsing went far less smoothly for them with the extra vampires on staff. Hellsing didn't suffer debilitating losses, but I convinced Integra to hire on the Frenchies anyways. My Companions were certain we were going to need the help even if I didn't know exactly why. After that came Rip Van Winkle's assault on the aircraft carrier. I bribed Alucard heavily to be allowed to go on that mission instead of him. No, I have no idea where I'm going to get that many goats or an "bitchin' sports car" or why she wants them.

Rip was a little bit of a harder fight than I would have expected. We started out trading blows with our Weapon Channeling abilities, then it degraded to fist-fighting, then... well... Needless to say, Alucard enjoyed the show. And said as much when he stepped out of the shadows. Apparently even my bribes weren't enough to make him miss a ride on that jet. The ride back to London was a little awkward.

That's the thing though. Tiger is Evil because he gives no fucks about what he inflicts on his Enemies, or those who oppose him.
He has "redemption" capabilities because when you DO accept his rule? You'd be hard pressed to find a better, and more caring ruler.
Noblesse Oblige, or an equivalent, was pressed into him from a very young age. Yes he is the RIGHTFUL ruler of all that exists, but it is his DUTY to take care of the people under him. He fucking indebted himself to a third-circle demon, just to get some 1st-circles who could act as prosthetics for the wounded and crippled among his people.

So I know we have a perk in Warframe - well, not a perk but you get what I mean - for combining Warehouse Attachments.

Does anybody know if we have similar anywhere for properties that follow between Jumps, but aren't Attachments? Like, I know the country from 1984 can "collect" your properties together. But an example of what I'm wanting to do would be to, say, take my dinosaur park from Jurassic Park, my faire from Rollercoaster Tycoon, and my zoo from Zoo Tycoon, and sort've have fiat-assurance that they are merged together into one attraction.

Am I even making sense?

Everything else played out mostly like it was supposed to. Letting the Nazi's assault and burn London was the only way to ensure all their forces were in one place to annihilate them with one blow. Lina, Raven, and Okuda saw to the immediate defense of Hellsing Headquarters. Zoran has a decidedly awful time trying to assault the manor. Raven took a personal hand in matters and showed Zoran a little bit of her dark side. I'm told the phrase, "Get dunked on." may have been muttered.

I let Alucard have her fun with Father Anderson, because I honestly don't think I could have stopped her. Alucard won, of course, but Schrodinger got involved and meta-physics basically shat itself trying to deal with that mess. Seras and the rest of us finished off the Werewolf and the Major, though Integra got to pull the final trigger. I took video for the Queen. What? She /HAD/ requested it.

After that, we helped rebuilt London, Hellsing, and stayed attached to Integra. I didn't see Alucard again before we left, but I hadn't really expected to.

I'm definitely picking up the motorcycle and horse armor now, and I still have one of the crossroads.

Now i'm debating between one of the two supermodes and more of the base wanderer perks. The second supermode makes mention of loosing control, and smile and decision seem designed to counter that.

If I can get both supermodes and the other crossroads from training/finding stuff (how does that work exactly?), then i don't need the supermodes. Combined with this coming right off the two showa jumps, i'm not exactly hurting for more power NOW.

There will be a normal +0 continuity drawback. You're in a reset timeline, so things related to Witches are swapped out for Wraiths, and but otherwise your original history follows you...just not things concerning Madoka.

Another drawback idea I had puts you back into the Witch timeline, when the time loops start. Not sure how to handle that, yet...maybe a mini-Scenario?

It would play out similar to Rebellion. You'd regain bits and pieces of your abilities and items by poking at the 'holes' in the world and its logic, but being too overt too early means you're 'reset back to start'.
