Let's be honest here, Sanguinius has always been the most femenine primarch. One thing that always bothered me about the sisters of battle was that their living saints sort of jacked the Angelic theme that the Blood Angels always projected and made for a sort of thematic redundancy. This takes care of that by in turn merging the Sisters into the overall Space Marine faction, with Sanguinia being the prototypical Angelic female.

Manus, Latin for hand, is a feminine noun and therefore Ferrus, the male form of the word for iron, should really be Ferra, the female form, in order for grammatical correctness. Also, the Gorgons were females in Greek myth, I know he's from the planet of Medusa, but it always irked me that that was his nickname.

The super hearing has many uses, surveillance for one. If placed correctly, no whisper can escape them. The acid spit was originally supposed to aid digestion of food until some people found how useful it is as a weapon. The lung? Surely there are no aquatic worlds on the Imperium where drowning is a major concern. Carapace? Holy shit. The ability to synchronize with equipment? From medical to otherwise, it'd be great. Cannibalistic parts? I'm betting housing the memory & experiences of whatever you eat can be universally useful.

Speaking of food, Space Marines are extremely hard to poison, unless you're a DEldar or a Nid, & can eat some outright disgusting shit & thrive. Suitable food must be an enormous consideration & especially for the breeding stock. This will aid greatly.

Treat the Female Primarch as similar to a Berserker from Gears of War.

The idea is that while Male Marines are adaptive to the implants, female marines are just easy to clone and reproduce if your goal is to need rapid replacements. Similar to how the Numbers in Nanoha are all female is because they can be cloned easily and also be used to carry the baby of their creator.

The only defining thing is their womb is now a living organ for creating geneseeds with frightening efficiency and it is an honor to receive the geneseed from a female marine's womb organ

Also what's with the autism about human sexual dimorphism and primarchs? The primarchs are explicitly not human and run on magic (everyone who died shat out a mini warpstorm). The difference in size between Magnus and Alpharius is far greater than anything in humans. A female primarch can be anything Empra puts in it because it's not subject to human biological limitations.

Space Marines are another matter, a female Primarchs' Legion recruits could still be all male because Space Marines are augmented humans and human rules apply.
