It's an exalted feat. Which is A) Supernatural in nature (it gets turned off where you cant use magic), B) It requires a good alignment (no willful comitting of evil deeds) or it goes poof until you can [atone] and C) requires maintaining an "intimate relationship" with a good aligned fey NPC (if the npc dies - feat goes away potentially permanently, dick move but valid).

Specifically an [Exalted] Good alignment. Which is kind of a step beyond regular good.

And while I agree it is a *powerful* feat, Lightning reflexes / iron will / Great fort Fortitude don't have any stipulations on them - this does and it's only applies spells / spell likes. Neither do the skill check based ones (and it's only a circumstance bonus which means no stacking with other circumstance bonuses for cha checks). The +1 skillpoint is really the only consistent part of the deal - even if the others are generally fairly reliable.

In most actual situations it's going to be +1 skillpoint, or occasionally a +2 on a check or occasionally a +1 (oh no!) on a save but only versus spells/spell-likes. Sure the "limitations" aren't fucking thumbscrews (because no feat should have built in thumb-screws) but they exist, and the character is held to a higher standard for good and some involvement with roleplay.

This is not a gamebreaking feat. It lets a character function *better* but it doesn't absolutely destroy all semblance of balance.

Why should it be though? Dragons are want for nothing, they have no reason to interact on a regular basis with the humanoids, their own lairs are built to their size, their claws and appendage are dexterous,

It makes no sense tome why a dragon would desire to partake in lovemaking in a form that is not their most natural and base. Much like how to me I would not desire to live my life in any form that isn't by original human form.

What could lead to a person to despise their own body is such a way that they do not feel comfortable as a member of their own species?

I've recently okay I actually thought this up about five months ago had some amusing ideas about "arranged" marriages between elves (and potentially dwarves) /pfg/. Particularly around the 'gender swap potion' controversy where it was determined the actual price of the effect of the potion in question was only around 450 gold to purchase, rather than the 2250g to purchase (1125 to craft).

In the case of arranged marriages, you may have a noble family that loosely arranges a marriage 150 years before they have kids - a sort of "hey our houses work well together, we should merge them" verbal agreement (or a more legalistic one for the dwarves) - and when they finally do pop out some young-uns their kids both turn out to be the same gender, they loosely groom them in their responsibilities and make sure both parties are consenting - then the heirs get married and they swap off on gender-swap baby duty (cause gotta produce heirs of their own).

You now have loving F/F & M/M noble families/dynasties, with proper heirs... because wealth, magic and long lifespans leads to funny shit.
