Damn is might be a little loaded than I first thought. At the very least...5. First was a puppy love moment that was a cute dynamic between my character and another player's. Second was just for fluff on getting the leadership perk and a cohort. Third was a tavern wench who would later become waifu material. Fourth was a barbarian who pretty much assaulted him during her raging process. And the fifth may have been a great and powerful Mage, or that's what she calls herself anyway.

A character in my campaign has fucked somewhere in the realm of 50 women. Whenever he got to a new town, I told him to roll charm. His degrees of success on the roll were always so good that I told him to roll a d20. He very nearly nat 20ed every time. Honestly I'd play a barbarian nipples blazing, sans the loincloth.
Take whatever traits in system that enhance your ability to throw feints.
Describe it as my character dangling his larger weapon, before striking with his much smaller claymore.

You'll have to keep the jokes fresh to keep it from being a bore.
Go study up, there are no less than a hundred words for wang, but the most effective is to imply that's what you're talking about without ever placing a term to it.
Keep the character balanced, he's got his silly gimmick, keep him serious in other aspects, but as the campaign goes on, be sure to expand on the gimmick.
Say he's dedicated and true, takes his training seriously, is never bothered by cold weather, loves a challenge, and the rest of the party is disturbingly aware of all this.
Lastly, and most importantly, never declare an exact size for his wang, that way when someone shows up who is larger, he can reveal that he was never fully errect before that point... some might call that munchkinry, but it's absolutely vital to your character.

Limited to just what happened in the campaign, about four. Three demon chicks he met on a train ride to hell and a rabbit girl assassin that tried to kill him in his sleep.

All together, it's probably more. He's a bard that left the church he was raised in 30 years ago and set out to explore the world, desiring experience and partaking in all the world has to offer. So he's probably been around the block in more ways than one.

Most of my characters, regardless of gender, are pretty close to asexual. Probably because such things just don't often come up in my group's games.

I did have one character who got married and had children, but that's about it for confirmed cases of sleeping with anyone.

Its not really an issue of how much oxygen is in the body, but where the blood goes. When you pop a boner, blood is forcefully moved from the rest of the system to it, in order for it to harden. When your dick is hard, its sheer blood pressure.

The only way to stop that issue is to increase the blood amount at the moment of erection, nearly spontaneously. However, this proves another issue because once the boner goes down your body has more blood than it can handle, which would also necessitate a manner of getting rid of the excess blood outside of bloodletting.
