Are there any primarchs who had a prime motivation of jealousy at a supposedly superior Primarch?
Alphariomegon is the only one I can think of.

Alpharius is a bit of a complex example, in that he didn't actually hate Rogal or anything; so it wasn't his prime motivated. Rather than being jealous he and his entire legion just had an obsession with proving themselves to be superior to everyone else. Though not really out of jealously, since the black books, and some of the Black Library stuff make it clear that the Alpha Legion has been operating for far longer than the other Legions thought they would be. So it wasn't really a case of proving their worth.

As for the other Primarchs, I'd say it would probably be Lorgar and Pert.

Lorgar initially acted out of spite of Guilliman, their legions technically worked for similar goals. That is conquering a place and making sure it would be a loyal and valuable part of the Imperium. They just had very different outlooks about it, since Lorgar obviously had the religious angle. He eventually grew out of it once the Heresy went into gear, but it his resentment of the Ultramarines did pull him pretty far down.

Pert was just jealous of pretty much everyone for being praised while his Legion was relegated to the menial work. Though obviously he was jealous of Dorn the most since Pert wanted to be the one crafted the amazing architecture and shit, but he was stuck with the reputation for sieges and meat grinders.

I know there was a Forgeworld chart, but it is pretty dated and there has been some fluff changes since then.

Like Pert and Magnus apparently got along great, Konrad only liked Fulgrim until the sparkly ass outed him to Dorn, and the Khan apparently only liked Magnus.
