The best? Probably D&D greater teleport.
It just werks and you can go anywhere. You don't even need to have seen your destination before.
It's a 7th level D&D spell so you can't spam it without shenanigans, but it's still toppest tier.

Worm's blink is also nice in that it's hyper fast.
Code Lyoko's is unique(I think) in that you can choose to conserve your momentum when teleporting.

Worth noting that in Malfeas, demons have rank, so you won't need charms to command most demons. The way it works is, first Circles and mortals are lowest. They have no rights, any higher ranked demon can treat them as they will. Next up there are citizens, the majority of whom are either Second Circle Demons or First Circle Demons who have managed to develop individuality. They are theoretically equal legally, but functionally the Second Circles are higher ranked. Citizens need to obey certain laws in regards to how they can treat each other, but all must listen to Third Circle and Yozi commands without complaint. Then Third Circles can obviously do whatever they want to whoever they want except the Yozis, then the Yozis themselves do whatever they want.

Infernals sorta exist beside this system. Akuma are treated as Citizens. Green Sun Princes are sorta between Citizens and Third Circles in most situations. They have additional rights over citizens. Namely, they can't be murdered without Yozi permission. Not even by Third Circles. They also have the right to argue with and criticize Third Circles. In regards to orders by Third Circles, they have more leeway. They can argue out of them, of course, they can delay them until their current business is finished, and finally, they can outright ignore any orders that contradict a Yozi's or that would bring undue harm to themselves, their masters, or another Third Circle they were working for.

They aren't identical. Heroes are slightly more powerful, Villains have more money. Vashti's classroom perk doesn't work for Heroes, Wayne's doesn't work for Villains.

Personally I'd take a leaf out of Kung Fu Hustle style things if you wanted him to keep doing what he's doing, sorta. Like I'd make him gain freebies as a drop-in unless you import him, in which case he gets what you pay for, just my opinion here. The homeroom choices are perks? A minor learning boost from a single teacher hardly seems enough to warrant two backgrounds.

This isn't balanced even in theory. Having a discount on 10 different 100CP Perks is NOT as good as getting five 100CP Perks for free or having a discount on a single 1000CP Perk.

But in practice, Teachers get 900CP and discount a power for all of their companions, while all other homerooms only discount a power for you.

The normal student backgrounds all give 900CP too, but with no extra discounts for companions.

We've Got Each Other gives you 700CP... but it's a Drawback! It shouldn't be giving you anything at all! And it's a cap breaking drawback too, when even the depowered drawbacks can't do that.

I'm pretty sure the import restriction wasn't like that in earlier revisions, since I imported all my companions as teachers too. It's a pointless restriction, especially since it's the only way to import your companions as adults instead of elementary school kids if you're a teacher yourself.

No. Home Room and Home Life are origins. Home Rooms give you discounts on powers, Homelives give you discounts on perks. Preteen SUperteam is for preteens, hence the name. And you're importing your companions as your students, thus replacing their homeroom teacher.

So I just wanted to announce that I'm not going to make any kind of attempt to 'balance' or nerf Clock Up for Kamen Rider Kabuto. Because the damn thing doesn't seem to have much of any limitations. And Hyper Clock Up will be available, though full-blown time travel won't be kosher unless you're in a time travel jump or done with your chain, you can still do some minor temporal tricks with it.
