Well, to be fair, considering that Hindsight is 20/20, it doesn't require a lot of wisdom to know an ideas bad after the fact.

Besides, the fact that he was able to operate the dimensional portal, think on his feet to come up with quick solutions like the gum on the d20 and making his first tourist trap, and keep the shack running for 30ish years on silly gimmick ideas alone shows that he has at least mid int.

I would say he's pretty balanced in all stats, except for maybe int, but he'd probably put points in it as he aged/earned ability points, so now hes more balanced, but not exactly optimized.
