Making a GURPS cyperpunk campaign set in a city like a smaller 40k hive city and wanted some ideas for the many gangs that would inhabit it.

Cyberpunk 2020 had tons of interesting gangs.

Meanwhile, I'd recommend:
street-racing gangs
specific cybernetic enhancement gangs (eyes all the same, limbs, whatever)
crime-oriented gangs
rape gangs (thats, Star Trek TNG!)
misguided vigilante gangs
"I'm so gothic" gangs
gladiatorial combat gangs
etc
