You'd need a narrative system for that. Trying to stat even a fraction of Ed's flexibility in raw mechanics would be absurd.

I gotta be a massive faggot and propose my own system.

The reason is simple: It was created for animango-type games, and the reception so far has been quite positive.

It's only 5 pages long, too, so there is no commitment to be made. Though, to be honest, the game is surprisingly robust for a 5-page long game. And one that has a character sheet as tiny as a credit card (I gotta admit the current state of the character sheet is not what I intended, entirely at least).

This is, of course, presuming you're looking for a system to run a Fullmetal Alchemist game, not a game that takes strides from it but ultimately isn't animango.
