Well, Eldar were created from the same basic genetic template as humans. IIRC, eldar were designed to be perfect warriors, and humans were an attempt to refine the Eldar design which was eventually aborted. So, it makes sense that humans would perceive Eldar as attractive... they are like humans who have been genetically designed to be flawless.

From what I've read I always go the impression that all the psycho conditioning and the lifestyle they lead basically makes them inhuman in a way, that the idea of enjoying intimacy of that kind would be alien to them, because it does not serve any purpose in killing mankind's enemies. For example; males can't be Succubi for obvious reasons. Males in Succubi Cults or whatever they're called are beast masters. I'm not sure if there are female Incubi either.

A lot of people in this thread not of a slaaneshi disposition are sort of missing the perspective.
