This is upped to 0.1 of maximum hit points every 20 minutes and. a -3 penalty in agility and dexterity for those raised in tropical climates. This is further upped to 0.2 of their maximum hit points in damage every 20 minutes and a -4 penalty to agility and dexterity for all reptilian. Individuals who are anthropomorphic wolves, seals, deer and bears take no damage and no penalties.
