I am the infamous Black Knight.
I rule with a fair but iron fist. My taxes are high but my kingdom is safe.
I'm an anti-paladin of Bane. My powers are themed on Fear, Law, Tyranny, and Evil. But I'm mostly martial, and my specialty is riding combat.
My minions are simple fools easily defeated by the heroes. And monsters. Monsters to entice peasants to pay their taxes.
My aesthetic is Black. I wear Black Armor. Nobody ever seen me without. My kingdom is medieval, and my minions are Black Guards. Black Hooded warlocks. Black dyed assassins, and so on.

My plan to take over the world? Conquer via force of arms, or rescue a neighbors from a monster I myself created. I only ask for fealty. They know little better.

My powers shall be in altering the flow of time, with cool green effects. Slowing, speeding up, and stopping time shall be my thing. Maybe some additional clock powers and timed explosives. Clearly I'm wearing green and a clock mask, with a staff with a giant-ass clock on the tip.

I have the powers to corrupt people, places and things with my residual energy. My presence warps things to become more accommodating and align themselves to me. I do this with items sometimes, giving them magic properties and then having them slowly ensnare and bring all who cannot resist their call back to me-

These are the people who I corrupt and bring forth from my magical items and portals. Obviously some would join willingly, but people who come to me are twisted. Their forms twist into a sort of impish goblin form- it changes based on their existing body type. Some become kobold or goblin like creatures, some become larger 'orc' like beings, and still others become gargoyles with wings. They are pleasing to my eye, and they 'serve' me in more ways then one.

The landscape becomes grayscale but retains a lot of natural beauty. Fog rolls over daily. The interior spaces of my realm become a truly surreal style of architecture. It all becomes like a castle or mansion with strangely pointless staircases and many roundabout paths to different places. My personal quarters must retain this style while being luxurious.

My plan is one of presence and magic. I'd love to slowly corrupt the entire world into my image or simply wage war on remaining humans after my minions have grown in number. Complex sounds like music have turned quiet and awkward, with only what sounds like two chords being played by a square wave strings orchestra constantly droning from the sky.

I expand my domain like an ideology rather than like a kingdom. Chosen ones act as ambassadors for months beforehand and try to convince everyone they meet that this is the best way for people to live. I then pay visit to the town and convert the people from the king down if they agreed, or subversively from the peasants up if they didn't. I am in fact taking all that I remove for my own, only pretending to be the avatar of what I wrought. The power of love or whatever doesn't do anything to me and killing me doesn't reverse the conversion until centuries later. I can however be convinced that it's just as worthwhile and fulfilling to let other people feel things, good and bad.

Lightning powers. I can and will flip like a goddamn switch between puns and screaming about the limits on my ability and lack thereof.

Goblins. In terms of demeanor, it desperately needs to be the same as their namesake from MtG. in terms of appearance, either the Scars of Mirrodin goblin design or the Akki tribe will do nicely, which also happen to be from MtG.

Give me a honest to goodness mountain fortress. Perpetual storm clouds overhead, caves riddled with goblins, the works.

Plan? It just makes it sound so complicated. All I'm going to do is consolidate power, both by gathering magical energy, and growing Goblin numbers, achieved by simply making sure they don't kill themselves too much.

This will provoke an attack from the nearby countries, as naturally it would, but my easily defended position would pretty quickly demonstrate how fruitless a drawn out siege would be. I mean, they still could if they wanted to, I'm sure the goblins would appreciate it. Either way, after an amount of time and sufficient gains, I'll throw my weight in a direction, it doesn't really matter which. Either I'll crush something or I'll be driven back, but war waged on their land will have decimated their stuff, both property and population, while all I've lost is time.

Now people aren't stupid; I'll get peace offerings and other fun stuff, but I'll keep throwing my weight around until I get an offer that I like, that is to say, fealty to me. They stand to gain a lot too, like no more being attacked by the sky or an endless army of insane gremlins, and getting an ally that has an endless army of insane gremlins.

Then I just repeat the process. I don't need the whole world either, just most of it to have sworn themselves to me. The remainder can be controlled through trading and boring stuff and the threat of an endless-you get the idea.

My powers are based around ice, and ice puns, and probably rapping.

My underlings are snowmen, ice bandits, evil polar bears, narwhals, and a very lost and confused fire elemental.

My aesthetic is ice and snow, but with a Hawaiian bent, so as to confuse my enemies. Notably I have a surf board and surf around, leaving ice bridges and loops in my wake.

My plan to take over the world involves freezing it solid, so as to create a permanent ice hula party!

Classical, Victorian age doll house with a dark underside that only my victims ever see. All the "dolls" wear their party best, with ball gowns and elephants suits adorned on everyone in the greeting foyer, the ball room, and the lounge. However, other denizens have outfits to match their placements. Their are guard at the gate, gardeners in the gardens, chefs in the kitchen, two butlers right near the main entrance, and so on. I am a lich, who's primary function is the running of businesses. My powers involve the revivification of long dead brands and companies, however short lived they are, and being able to turn a profit from them.

Pretty much answers every question, except the last one.

I move to Antarctica or some other desert that is sufficiently depopulated and research. Once I have enough Lieutenants I bring stability to the world. Then, I establish my own country. Join the UN, become World Police while lobbying for the demilitarization of the world aside from myself.

Once my Undead Legions keep the world safe, the militarizes of the world a shadow of what they once were, I've pretty much taken over. With my position as World Police I can nudge international politics my way no matter what.

Then, once I feel the need to start swinging my big ol' Necromantic cock around I can seize direct control. Start by eliminating ___China____, then whoever is threatening the order I've built.

Eventually no one will threaten my Order so I have time to build my waifu.

Skellies aren't the most durable fodder, so we're going to need to do some general strengthening. Wire jaws shut, throw langets on extremities to prevent easy snapping from blunt impact. Some metal "Shoes" bolted and wired to the soles of their feet to prevent wear. If we work with zombies at all, keep those fuckers muzzled or masked in iron. We don't want that shit spreading around. Zombies are a hygenic nightmare to have in an army as it is.

Not really going to take over the world. More like focusing on slowly taking territory, shoring up defense, give the provincial population time to accept their undead overlord, improve the quality of life with healthcare and education to prevent the kind of unrest that results in pesky Heroes. Rinse, Repeat, Conquer. Make sure there's always a country around strong enough to actually make war with, so that people have an Enemy to fight, but be careful not to let that game go too far.
