KSBD is weird to me though because I like the style, its got cool ideas, and the art is good, but every single thing about it that isn't lore and world building makes me immediately hate it. Unsounded really works with characters and does the in medias res thing right. Setting and worldbuilding have better quality that you'd expect of a webcomics but it's the characters that get the story going. But yeah, it picks up slowly and unless you can start to like the little bitch (or to love to hate her) I'd imagine it doesn't get your attention.

K6BD goes in the opposite direction, the world feels great - even if it's just bunch of old well established ideas mashed together the execution just makes it works and the draw style suits the theme well. But characters feel rather one-dimensional, they have cool moments but little depth, maybe because there's so many of them. Doesn't help that pacing is just completely random too.
