So the Pale Cavalry chapter is on the brink of distruction, partially due to the mass charges of bike mounted astarties with a fair amount of librarians thrown in, the are descendants of the white scars and have sheet white skin the polar opposite of the salamanders. The administratum likes them a lot and avoids its red taped wrath, but the orks hate them and are responsible for the low numbers. Because of this they recall remaining forces to the home world of valdus, a desert feral world that they rule distantly over. They wait and rebuild the strength of the chapter.
