Check to see what color the glowy bits are.
White-light blue = probably trustworthy.
dark blue - gray = risky but they might have cool stuff.
black - red = only worth it if desperate.
purple, green, orange = probably a cool guy
no glowies - probably either a fraud, or not worth the risk
