Rolled 20 (1d20)
So, /tg/, with the removal of quest threads, why do we still have the dice rolling function?
For the odd ____ creation thread?
For helping with public character creation?
For flavor?
I'm not saying we /should/ get rid of it, I'm just wondering what to even do with it now.
Rolled 3, 3, 2, 4, 3, 1, 2, 6, 3, 1, 3, 3, 4, 4, 6, 1, 2, 2 = 53 (18d6)
>>50624982
For all the things you listed, plus it's just useful to have.
...
...okay, everyone, 3d6 straight down, go.

>>50627178
Little help?
>>50628097
Put it in the Options field.
>>50628115
Thats what I'm doing, but it's giving me nothing. Is it because I'm on a tablet, or something?
Rolled 4, 2, 6, 6, 5, 5, 4, 2, 5, 5, 3, 2, 2, 5, 1, 5, 4, 3 = 69 (18d6)
My google-fu fails me
Removing the function requires someone do something that gains nothing.
Leaving the function requires no one does anything and causes the loss of nothing.
Rolled 5, 3, 1, 1, 2, 4, 5, 5, 3, 6, 5, 3, 2, 6, 6, 2, 1, 5 = 65 (18d6)
>>50628189
It's lowercase dice+18d6
>>50627191
Looks remarkably like my very first shitty character.
I just shat out some dice and they rolled...
>>50628115

has anyone actually attempted to run a campaign over /tg/ before? not counting the freeform shit or quest style stuff.
>>50629325
I think hero builders are the closest thing we've seen, but that could be considered close to 'quest style stuff'.
>>50629325
Nope. The nature of a Thread means that it needs to be inclusive to the public, so you either have Quests, where everyone can give input, or the Mages Guild, where everyone can join in.
I have been considering running Skirmish Wars on here though.Because who the fuck doesn't want to play Advance Wars in Tabletop.
