I an going to run a campaign set in a "new world" type setting where the players are helping people set up colonies. I am going to have a massive yuan-ti cult based around Aztec, Incan, and Mayan culture. Ideas for quests, magic items, characters , encounters, anything would be nice. I have a general framework for a campaign but I have two weeks to come up with more.

Combining an agressive hegemonic empire, a centralized bureaucratic power, and a collection of city-states with similar cultures? Stick with just one. I'd go with Inca, personally.

There are three different cults within the yuan-ti. I was thinking each one represented by a different culture , and practices.
