It is the "Palais de Justice" in Creteil and serve as a tribunal.

I went to Chambois, where Allied forces met at the end of the Battle of Normandy, and its dungeon was impressive. Shame we couldn't visit it.

Literally anything by Zaha Hadid. She might have been terrible person but she was great with architecture.
