Sailors grab a young dragon turtle while net fishing.
Either they're low level and need to get it out of the pantry, or need to calm down, convince, or drive off the mama turtle before she overturns the ship.

Alchemist onboard creates a small fire elemental when trying to make alchemist's fire with impure ingredients.

The party encounters a floating town, living on connected boats and rafts. It's a free trade city outside the law, and they're sent to barter for materials to repair the ship after it was damaged in a storm.

The party gets told they're off course by a talking fish. He asks for bread as thanks.
Really being held at tooth-point by a number of talking sharks, and directed the boat to a shoal of rocks.

Sharkmen start boarding the ship. They don't attack immediately but start shouting for the party to feed them food. They keep repeating this request every so often.
If the party did feed them food, the sharkmen start calling for more sharkmen to board the ship, which will also be asking for food.

End result is either the party attack the sharkmen, have their ship sink because of overweight or trick the sharkmen to fuck off far away/accomplish a campaign goal for them

Scurvy Zombies

The old gods are beginning to return, wishing to reclaim their aspects from the now Norse gods who inhabit the realm (originally their vassals or subservient lesser gods) . The gods begin to send out for aid among heroes, looking for support in the coming conflict. They lead them to challenging content to acquire experience, power, and little artifacts that mortals can use.

A man on a raft who is half-delirious with dehydration and heatstroke. If the players revive him, he cannot recall how he wound up there, but is otherwise perfectly fine unless they ask his name, at which point he screams loudly and dies instantly.

The same day, two men in a rowboat having a picnic. They ask the party if they can spare some salt. If yes, the men happily take some and offer a gold piece in exchange. If no, the men curse the party's drinking water, and turn it to saltwater. If they become aware of the body of the raft man, they make warding gestures with their hands before quickly excusing themselves.

During a storm:

Attacked by flying lightning elementals. They are low level and easily killed except the boat is rocking, it raining and the lightning elementals are causing fires on the ship if the party isn't engaging them constantly.

A ship made completely out of undead emerges from the fog and is captained by a lich.

The boat falls into a lull, the winds have changed or left and there seems to be no return of them any time soon. As the days drag on and the stores wear thin, the fight for survival on the open ocean sets in, sinking its teeth into the very meat of everyone on the ship. Desperate and finally out of food and water, the crew decide there is nothing for it but to try a sacrifice to the gods and they choose one of the player characters as their lamb. However, as the mob comes for their intended, the sun begins to burn to bright and hot that all are made to avert their eyes. A seeming veneer of wood, paint, and metal rip away from the ship and is replaced by the soft white of fingernails and the crew explodes into tiny pieces and disintegrates. As the blinding light reduces to its former brightness, the player characters are left on a ship made of fingernails but no longer on the ocean, but floating through space towards new worlds.

The find a fisherman sitting alone on a rock in the middle of the ocean. When asked if he wants to come with he will decline and says something in the style of "I like the view"

Waterspout appears and creates a maelstrom. They have to make constant strength checks to row out to safety.

They encounter Flapjack and K'nuckles, aged and wizened. They mistake the party for pieces of candy, and attempt to eat them alive.
