I discovered this gem on TVtropes a while ago, and thought it might be fun to run or at least do a quest or fic about, you get to take the helm of a zombie kid in a world after the collapse of humanity.

There is a CoC esque Sanity system that changes a PC's relations to their environment/other characters to boot, it also sports an intreasting parts based combat where injury means the possible loss of your ability to attack or maneuver.

I know there were a bunch of English supplement resources available, courtesy of a few translators from here, I can be bothered to dig around for them if anyone is interested, for now, have the wiki. It's dated, but functional.
