Despite how retardedly superpowered everything is in 40K, all of the people you've mentioned would have appropriate levels of plot armor and adaptive abilities.

Doomguy? Probably going to wreck quite a few dudes. Once he gets access to some tech and super weapons, he's going to disembowel a bloodthirster. Dude has plenty of demon-slaying experience.

Ranger would probably end up uncovering a Genestealer cult. They've got some Lovecraft flavor and he could probably handle that.

Bitterman would lead a shitload of Guardsmen to kill tons of Xenos.

Prisoner 849 has a lot of experience with Xenos, particularly warrior tribes. She can probably handle Kroot better than most.

Caleb has fucked with Chaos and paid the price for it. He could strategically tackle a Chaos cult.

Both versions of Lo Wang have high skill with katanas, and experience fighting against human and demon opponents. Chaos Cult specialists, maybe?

Postal Dude is a completely different category. Given how fucked his head is, he could probably sway Orks to his cause purely by accident. He's slayed some crazy bitches and demons as well. With a bit of craziness he'd probably end up killing/seducing Macha due to a set of bizarre circumstances.
