The issue I can see with that suggestion is that having a Companion like that would give more justification for why Drake's mistaken for a dragon. However, we still have a bigger issue before those things can be addressed. Eversor and Brumus have both said they don't want to make another attempt on Gemini. (which I totally respect, to be clear. As for the Companion art, yes, that was intended to be the companion. Gemini switches sex based on which head is dominant. Sister is running the show? 4 boobs, 2 vags. Brother is dominant? No boobs, double dick. Equal opportunity? hermaphroditic.

Untrue, actually, Cheesecake. According to the rules of Gen 1, Mimic is DP1's minion. DP3 has her Knight. DP5 has entire armies. DQ has Ancient/Dragon Knight. Insanity aside, the trend tends to be that dragons have minions. Even Wyvern set up a whole bunch of cardboard cutouts to try and seem more like a dragon.
