So we are starting a new quest ("To my disdain")
and I thought about making my character from the guy people hire to carry their stuff:
Basically an ex-NPC who managed to seize his emplyer's stuff as they were being "Interrogated by mind flayers".
Gonna make a burly, uneducated, terrified peasant, whose just in it for the money.
(Also now terrified of mind flayers)

Sounds like Nodwick except he got fed up with the parties nonsense after they all died. Just don't make the same mistake I did and start off as an NPC class.

Could and probably would get obnoxious fast but could work for Unknown Armies and Call of Cthulhu games or other games where you are a low level schumck.
