The first one is rummaging, which is straight up red. you're thinking of looting, which is drawing then discarding, which is indeed blue.
The second is removal. Blue doesn't do straight up removal (aside from a few exceptions like the one that gives a frog), though it's more of a white thing than red. There's literally nothing blue about the card.

Fuck no. That makes no sense, Lore and flavour wise. You not casting planeswalkers. Youre texting your homie to help you out for a bit before they bounce. Only reason why CoS works for me is because I always thought the creatures you were summoning were soul-less husks. With souls they are actual creatures, not spells
