I believe the TSR part of the OSR archive has all that stuff
But I have everything except a few of the scenarios (I think)
It was a pretty well-designed game. The target audience was definitely young but that doesn't mean it's not interesting. It has a particularly cool chase mechanic for doing car chase scenes, and a whole bunch of cutout minis for tabletop play. The biggest drawback is that players are supposed to be the movie characters rather than originals, and character creation rules are only added as an afterthought in one of the other books.
