Sphere Wizard 1 / Incanter 1 / Hedgewitch [Spiritualism] 1 / Sphere Arcanist 12

Full ranks in Profession (Doctor), Knowledge (History, Arcana), minor ranks in any relevant skills.

Presume automatic bonus progression, spend the majority of WBL on rituals.

Presume he takes all the counterspell relevant feats, and just throw anything else in his mainstays. That should more or less draw out Doctor Strange.
