They are hyper-zealous. Like, more than normal Space Marines. They don't have Librarians in their Chapter because all psykers are witches that must be burned.

They don't do scouts like other Chapters, either. New recruits get assigned to a Battle Brother and basically have to be his bitch for a few years, like a squire.
