Putting them all in particular named folders. The only problem usually comes when people decide to update certain pages or post a CYOA in the wrong order.

Every once in a century I sometimes decide to dig through and properly name CYOAs. But it's a rare occurrence.

An eclectic bunch, with a wide breadth of powers and expertise. I'd consider this to be a low level task force, sent into the unknown to asses and deal with threats. Thea, Jourdain, and myself are enough to deal with most anything, with Abby's fire magic as our back up firepower. I think we're meant to be a good influence on her as well, but we'll see how that goes.

So we have a Shadow Hunter, an Undead Lightning Forerunner, a Fire Vanguard, and a Nature Shadow Slayer. The restrictions of everything is something that's come up a lot, and I understand why. These are very restrictive restrictions. This was intended to be a difficulty setting of sorts, with extra powers as a reward for choosing the extra hard ones. Kindness is the easiest: You don't have any restrictions, but at the same time your powers are a bit mundane compared to the others: you can create stuff out of thin air, but at the end of the day, you're pretty much just human, and your worth is measured in how many of the more capable virtues you're with. On the other end of the spectrum is Chastity, the hardest. Your job as chastity is to defy human nature and gain control of your own thoughts (it goes back to the origin of the seven deadly sins as things that will send you to hell for even thinking about them); however, your reward for doing so is becoming an angel. Even if all the other virtues die in the first week, if you can manage to get to max power as chastity, you can kill the sins pretty easily with your Holy Beam, even if they're at/approaching max power as well.

The Holy Gifts were designed to be usable by everybody, but be extra useful with the right virtue, to allow for creative builds. For instance, Chastity would love the Little Red Box. How are you going to feel when you encounter a Sin and see the death and destruction they caused? Likely angry and/or sad, which falls under wrath and sloth (going off the classic definitions) respectively. When things start going your way, you may notice how strong you are and feel a little pride. All of these things will make you lose power mid-fight, which is bad. Close the box, however, and it doesn't matter. You can do whatever it takes to get the job done, then at the end of the hour spend some time to get yourself back under control and start making up for lost ground. Even if it takes a while, 1 dead sin for 1 week of lost power is worth it.

It's time to rest for diligence, it's time to endulge for chastity... however, you don't get to live in heaven. At the end of the 12 or so hours, it's right back where you were. You still have to live on earth and deal with the Sins. Utopia is a gamble. It says "I don't need gifts to defeat the sins". If you're right, you just made the world a much better place and sped up the rebuilding efforts. It amps up your basic stats like strength and defense, temperance would be able to be able to lift more with his telekinesis, Charity would become beast (and get further bonuses from the strain), it becomes easier for patience to manipulate time, theoretically Kindness could make MUCH bigger Gifts but it would be a bit more difficult for her to survive using the shard unless she immediately began bench-pressing whatever she made or something. Going off the fanmade revamp, Lust would gain nothing herself, though Mir-a-Mir would be op as balls. Gluttony... if he ate it, I'm not sure if he would become god or just explode. Greed could use Avaricious to not have to worry about dying from it. Sloth would kill himself. Wrath would be just as good with it as diligence (which is to say: OP). Envy's an odd case: if envy stole it right at the start it'd be useless, but if it was endgame and they had a lot of other stuff to amp up then it'd be really good. Yeah, here is the most recent pic for the 12 perk version. There were also a couple of other changes (Sloth now loses some IQ when he dies, Greed's Deal power's name has been changed, and there is a new boon for the 6 sins that get it.

Good builds, except the box doesn't work like you think it does. Diligence has pretty much use for it. The box delays the losing of your powers for breaking restrictions. So since diligence's restriction is being productive, all the box would do for him is let him be lazy for an hour, at the end of which he'd lose his power anyway. If you want to give him infinite energy you have to go with the focus. The shard is really good on charity, but not in the way that you think. You can't Share the pure energy of the shard, HOWEVER, you do get a lot more benefit from it than the others, since the strain it puts on your body powers you up. You may also want to consider giving him the rags, so that he can get power from the fatal injuries he died from

I think the best move is to try and see if we can work out something with the Peoples' Army. We've got a lot of similar goals, so it'd be a shame to be on opposite sides when we can hammer things out. Meanwhile that'll leave the Restoration Alliance and United Kingdoms struggling, since they have nothing in common.

Look, I just popped into the conversation to throw in the fact that I find the pastebin's links useful. I agree that a lot of people don't use it, but I don't think we should abandon it. Just keep pointing it out. And maybe put a little more effort in making the pastebin noticeable for noobs.
