This is a conversation that's been had over and over again. Since you seem less hostile about it, I'm assuming you weren't here for the shitstorms.

Basically, the majority of the day crew and lurkers of these threads like Teej being a nerdy guy with a shirt. There is also a consensus of updating and improving his character after the board, since it's believed to be a dick move to just change Teej in the middle of Winter Ball plans without telling our dates.

If you ask me, I want to upgrade him a little, too, and I liked the idea of having Tiji, his female persona, be a Ranma-style transformation instead of a second -tan for the board. But that's just me.

As one of the 40%, I really have to say that my biggest issue with the /tg/ winter ball front is that here it's very, very resistant to change. There's like ten guys who form the "core" here, and they act like a kicked hornets nest whenever anyone wants to do something or criticizes anything.

No, it wasn't. I don't get why you keep doing this stuff. I really don't. Just because you hate one guy who advocates the idea doesn't somehow diminish the interest that other people have had in the idea.
It's unfair how you try to use a small group to get your way, to try and control everyone who wants to participate in this project. So, a few guys said one thing? They really don't like an idea? Who cares? If they're not producing anything, they're just offering opinions, not running this show and making decisions that anyone needs to listen to. There's no canon. There's no rules. There's no need to wait for a consensus.

The other boards get this. Even if fifty guys on /pol/ hate an idea, even if the majority do, the drawfags just go and draw whatever they feel like, and they end up producing tons of content. It's chaotic, but that's what makes it fun.
