The entire game comprises of many stories mashed together to form a semi coherent setting in which every story will take place, at one time or another. A land of stories, if you will.

Heracles/Not!Heracles? A player/NPC who has been or will become famous. It's all up to you to learn of/aid him in his story.

Okay so its late medieval ish, Anglo German like human explorers have discovered a continent full with primitive human natives, orks, an elven empire in tatters going through a huge dark age.

These advanced humans haven't seen any of this and go back to send word to colonise it, in the old world Dwarves, Men, some other typical (Good guy white people with long or short legs) race.

Large amount of small neutral factions that players have to do quests for like a group of Ents, Druids and Dryads.

Idk, i want to help with something like this, how about you make a google document or something to brainstorm further ideas.

Have it be a loose Blue vs. Red MMO with Athens and Sparta as the main factions. Give Athens a special Oracle or sorta Wisdom class, and give Sparta a Berserker or combat one. Other classes could be typical hoplites, skirmishers, archers, or assassins.

Could put in multiple races as well, but your options are a bit limited. Minotaurs, Satyrs, and maybe Nymphs are the main things I could see working, though probably scaled back to be balanced against humans.

You could probably throw in magic using classes as well, though if I recall Greek spellcasters were usually women. Blessings from gods could be implemented in some way as a class or a general skill system.
