im asking what are good layouts/themes/puzzles you've given to players
the image is just a filler image to get people thinking
i'll start off im inclined to run a dungeon where the players must find peices of the the end boss and assemble him, to then fight him.
im trying to expand my ideas of other dungeons i want to run

I did a gigantic Temple of an ancient civilization that had been revived by dark magic and was now ruled over by a giant ancient Warlord that was preparing to marshal a new army. I based it off of a big dunjon, but completely redid the walls and all of the sections. It was a huge dunjon layout to begin with, but I packed it full of cultists, soldiers, bone golems and blood elementals while covering the walls in blood, adding huge piles of bones everywhere, using a lot of black iron imagery and playing creepy as fuck music. The final Warlord had the head of a bull so the fight involved him charging back and forth in his throne room, trampling anything in the way while altars spat out an endless stream of blood elementals.
It was a ton of fun and took 3 days to complete.

With maps like this I always struggle to describe the shape of the room unless they are just basic rectangles.
How would you describe the area around 7?

I described it as a roughly curved hallway and the environment was changing from dry and arid from the rust monster to wet and practically dripping from the humidity in 8. Just explain what you have envisioned in your head.
