Is this a good RPG? Not my work, so I can answer no questions about it.
I found it here:

Tell us something about its features and about what you want out of it, and ask more specific questions.

It looks like an overcomplicated d20 fantasy heartbreaker. I don't see anything super spectacular about it, and it definitely doesn't seem to be the kind of game to support mouse traps.
I will bump more in exchange for more Nazrin.

But can an overcomplicated d20 fantasy heartbreaker still be a good game?

Honestly?
No, it cannot. It can be average at best.

Why not?
>>50216132
If it was good, it wouldn't be described as overcomplicated.
>>50216132
Because it has no direction. The mechanics don't direct the game to produce a result that the game promises. It's overcomplicated and unfriendly to new players, but to what end?
By no measure could it be called a good game. It doesn't accomplish anything well.

What if I want to play better D&D?

What the zog am I looking at?
This isn't an RPG. This is an encyclopedia on RPG terms without a context or even examples of play.
