what does /tg/ think about an antipaladin that is just fucking furious all the time?
would it work without any barbarian levels?

Being furious all the time is a character trait, not necessarily a class-based skill.

>Only barbarians can be furious
>Only monks can be calm
>Only druids can love trees

i thought as much, and the character's turn from paladin to anti was during a overdose of opiates he'd managed to kick earlier in the campaign, but the party gave him 7x the dose to survive an explosion and being set on fire

he trips so hard he watches the party kill his parents, sees every sin he'll ever commit and goes to purgatory.
Wakes up screaming and smacking things.
Maybe OP means in the sense that he wants to represent it mechanically somehow that he's angry enough for a buff.

I don't remember, can anti-paladins grab domains somehow? I know paladins can. Rage domain could work instead of barb levels.
>>50181715
No they dont. They suffer from having really shitty archetypes
>>50181631
See if your GM will let you swap out fiendish boon for Barbarian rage progression. Always wanted to try this
>>50181743
i'll try it but is there a sorcerer bloodline for rage/similar fluff, i might try eldritch bloodline to pick up some fluffy powers
>>50181631
Is he trying to become an asura, raging deity?
>>50182138
nope, he's just haunted by visions of losing everything.
He fights so he won't lose it all, and he'll fight for himself and no-one else.
>>50181700
That's terrifying, I love it.

>only paladins can try to be decent people
>only wizards can be smart
>only bards can play music
>only rogues can steal things
