Mono green stompy should automatically be /the/ gateway budget deck for any person who wants to play modern

>Quick efficient beaters that are resillient to removal
>Teaches fundamentals of proper sequencing and combat math
>Ability to pull wins out of nowhere as early as turn 3
>Mostly only 2 rares in the MB, Scavenging Ooze and Avatar of the Resolute

are there any worthwhile multicolor decks that run enough basics that they don't get super hosed by blood moon

>>
>>50180105
most decks can play around blood mood for the most part if they have a lot of fetches, but I don't think that many 3 color decks run more than like 5 or 6 basics
>>
>>50180214
What does this do?
>>
>>50180456

it's a mma draft if that wasn't clear
>>
>>50180466
Oh! If that's draft it's fine
I thought you were retarded and playing that in constructed
>>
>>50180481
it's going about as well as if I were playing it in constructed. I heard that you can draft storm in mma so I tried forcing it but either I was lied to or I suck at drafting or I was getting cut cause this deck is a pile.
>>
>>50180509
You needed more rituals
>>
>>50180515
I didn't see any. I was probably getting cut desu, but I wanted to force the deck cause storm is fun
>>
>>50180539
Well, hopefully you can do better in the future desu
>>
Gonna play my first modern night tomorrow, running 8 whack goblins, though not a full sideboard because I don't know what the meta is like at my LGS nor did I have the time or money to really flesh the sideboard out.

I dunno if I want to run fetches to help thin the deck a bit.
>>
>>50180629
there's really no reason to run fetches for thinning since the effect is so marginal, you'll lose more games to the life loss from fetching than you'll win by lowering your chance to draw a land by 0.01%
for the sideboard, just jam a bunch of relic of progenitus and smelts and call it a day. blood moons if you have them.
>>
I'll try again, is RG land destruction aka Ponza doing good right now? I've been starting ad nauseum but idk if I wanna finish that anymore.
>>

collectedcompany.jpg
54KB, 265x370px
Collected Company in mono meme stompy, yes or no? Every creature in that deck costs less than 3 CMC unless you tech something like a Surrak or two.
>>
>>50180783
I prefer Harmonize personally, but either works, it depends on your build and meta.
>>
>>50180783

For traditional builds, not really. You really want to end the game at turn 4-5 with rancors and Aspect of Hydras than to cast CoCo. Its better in that weird hasty forcemage offshoot featuring Uktabi Drake, Groundbreaker
>>
>>50177229
False
>>
>>50180629

If you still think 20 mountauns for 4 bucks each is budget then I have news for you
>>
>>50181247
yowza, didn't see that they went up
still cheaper than most every tier 1/2 deck though
>>
>>50181338

Not a good idea to ride the wave. Skred Red is the new meme deck because of the current GP. Always steer clear of the hype.

Personally, play another fringe budget deck, Mono White Knights and Takin' Turns come to mind
>>
>>50178417
Play bogles
Or 8whack
Or budget infect with the intention of upgrading it
Or budget burn
Or budget affinity
Or any decks budget variant

Valakut is pretty cheap
>>
>>50180738
Probably not. It's hard to play LD in Modern because while you're blowing up their lands they're beating you down with cheap creatures.
>>
>>50180783

Most of your dudes don't have ETB effects so no I wouldn't
>>
>>50181203
what is the hangarback doing there
>>
Valakut reclaimed / splendid valakut or whatever, looks pretty sick for a budgetish build. Anyone play it?
>>
Should I try building lantern without mox opal? Or should I just invest in it since it's an affinity staple?
>>
>>50181867
Valakut can be expensive but I can confirm the budget list is closest to the real deal out of any budget version of a competitive modern deck

Probably because it doesn't rely on staples like goyf or snappy
>>
>>50182989
Well i mean you could probably get full fledged Valakut for 400 dollars
>>
>>50178417
8 whack because I'm a dirty meme goblin
>>
>>50182933
It's very valuable to both decks. You'll miss a lot of fast hands without it.
>>
>>50182989
Does budget here mean not-Breach version? That's the only card I see that varies that also greatly changes price.
>>
>>50183175
Basically titanshift not titanbreach
>>
>>50177619

>>
>>50182426
I'm gonna try and build that version from GP Dallas that had the madcap combo maindeck. It seems like an awesome way to incidentally beat your bad matchups, like Burn and affinity. And if you play against Jund or whatever its just like lol 4 mana 8/8 under blood moon.
>>
>>50183345

>enchantress

thanks for giving all my infect creatures flash.
>>
>>50181515
>Mono White Knights
I've just been lurking about Modern threads without actually having entered the format, and if Cavern of Souls drops in price this deck looks right up my alley and fun as fuck
>>
>>50183421
>if Cavern of Souls drops in price

I'd love that to happen, but I don't think it's ever going to unless they reprint it at a lower rarity, or reprint it into the dirt over several sets. It's a staple in a ton of decks.
>>
>>50178417
UTron is my favorite tron deck even if it's difficult to pilot and not great against burn
Mono-white versions of hatebears/dnt can also run you under 300
>>
>>50183782
Utron is just not great in any aggro meta. Errr, any tron is not good in an aggro meta. But they're fun!
>>
>>50183809
It's true
At least though with GRTron you can board in pyroclasm effects to help you out a bit. There just any good cards that Mono blue has access to as sideboard against aggro. In a lot of situations yo're just left slumming it with dragon's claw or maybe now filigree familiar
Propaganda reprint when
>>
>>50178417
I'm playing a mono red burn deck right now pretty fun and get to feel smug when I beat a expensive deck.
>>
>>50183782
>difficult to pilot
It really isn't. It's just bad
>>
>>50184389

It is difficult to play correctly by Modern's standards, which is generally limited to the super tough decisions like "do I play the Hierarch... or the Glistner elf first turn...?! SO DIFFICULT!"

Or you could be playing burn which an actual special needs person won with at a tournament, thanks to their mom.
>>
>>50184669
You're talking about this guy whose mom holds the cards for him right? What's his name? I think I watched he beat a g/u emerge once.
>>
>>50183670
Yeah, the reprint part was sort of implied. I'd love to break into a non-rotating format that isn't pauper, but on the current budget that I'm running that just isn't feasible.

Cavern of Souls would be the only card I'd need to get into modern, though. Tribal is my favourite type of deck across all formats.
>>
>>50184739
Brandon Burton. He's a super cool guy, and no he's not special needs. He just has his mom hold his cards for him, a table judge watches them to make sure there's no communication other than brandon telling her which cards to play. Dude is super good at the game.
>>
>>50184876

Right, but what I'm saying is it would have to be reprinted into the DIRT, like no other card has ever been reprinted before. Like, for example, Blood moon is still a $40 card and it was reprinted in The Dark, in Chronicles, in 8th Edition, in 9th Edition, and in Modern Masters. This was all at rare. There should theoretically be millions of these fucking cards just out and about, but it still commands a high price because everyone knows you HAVE to have it for a deck.

Cavern of Souls has only been printed once, in Avacyn Restored. But people know it's a powerful effect for tribe strategies, so I don't see the price lowering even with a reprint.
>>
>>50185343
Not him but I'm interested in getting some whit deck going and I like knights. I'm an ultra budget guy though. Can I play without muh caverns or will it suffer too much?
>>
I stumbled across 3 copies of Noble Hierarch for 35 dollars each, should I buy? I want to make a infect deck but don't have any other staple for it.
>>
>>50185467
Sure, infect is cheap as shit. I helped a friend make a deck for like 20 bucks and while it's not top tier he can still pull out wins in turn 3 with is fucking depressing.
>>
>>50185536

T3 wins are glistener (cheap as fuck) and common pumps. Ultra budget infect is totally doable but it's not super competitive without inkmoth which allows them really easy incrementing damage, evasion, dodges sorcery speed removal (Lili) etc
>>
>>50185578
I'm actually worried about fetches. How much of a necessity it is?
>>
>>50182847
just a value creature I suppose? I checked on mtggoldfish for B/R Eldrazi and both decklists I found ran Hangarback
>>
>>50185343
>everyone knows you HAVE to have it for a deck.
This is basically what keeps me out of constructed
>>
>>50185455
it's not like you NEED to have them unless your local meta is very heavy on counterspells
>>
>>50185629
Mono green infect is a solid option for a budget, so fetches aren't the most critical part of the deck. Just replace the blighted agents with additional protection spells and it's pretty solid
Inkmoth nexus is far and away the most important part of the landbase
>>
>>50185632
there is no reason for it being there, i assume those guys were just playtesting
>>
>>50185750
seems to me like a good way for a colorless heavy deck to get some more resiliency to spot removal, especially in RB
>>
>>50185455

I'd say an ability to blink, regenerate, or give indestructible to all your creatures to avoid mass removal would be more useful, unless you have a particularly counterspell heavy meta.
>>
>>50185467

Absolutely. But check the card condition and examine for authenticity

4x Champion of the Parish
4x Soul Warden
4x Soul's Attendant
3x Lightning Berserker
3x Norin the Wary
4x Thalia's Lieutenant
3x Ajani's Pridemate

SB
3x Wear//Tear
3x Sudden Shock
2x Rest in Peace
1x Grafdigger's Cage
1x Nihil Spellbomb
1x Return to the Ranks
4x Flex slots

The guy that top 8'd the recent SCG modern classic said the traditional build (Genesis Chamber, Ranger of Eos, Purphoros) never failed him, and that T1 Norin into T2 Genesis Chambet was almost always a win, but I just dont see it working in an infect meta.

Mine is more traditional but I'm running 3 Impact Tremors instead of Purphoros and Magus instead of Blood Moon proper. I don't have Hanwier Garrison in my list yet but I think may have to with all the synergies.

I haven't had a chance to play infect as of yet, but with Genesis Chamber getting you even two Myrs to chump block effectively negates the pump of a Mutagenic or a Blossomnig Defense and they get easily replaced for subsequent attacks. It obviously won't work for Inkmoths, but that's why we have Moons and Wear//Tear
>>
>>50187504

Ok, Blue Moon with a Wizard Tribal Theme. Seems fun, though also bad.

Creatures:
2 Vendilion Clique
4 Snapcaster Mage
1 Magus of the Moon
4 Voidmage Prodigy
4 Martyr of Frost
1 Jace, Vryn's Prodigy
1 Master of Waves
3 Grim Lavamancer

Instant/Sorcery:
1 Izzet Charm
4 Remand
3 Mana Leak
4 Lightning Bolt

Artifacts:
1 Vedalken Shackles
1 AEther Vial

Enchantments:
3 Blood Moon

Lands:
2 Steam Vents
4 Scalding Tarn
11 Island
1 Mountain
4 Flooded Strand
1 Cryptic Command
>>
>>50191171
Kalitas can't attack until turn 5. That's a long time against burn.
Game 1 is next to impossible with Thoughtsiezes and Confidants, and Finks and Huntsmaster don't give enough life.
>>
>>50190003
You NEED ghor-clan rampager. Also a one of fling can be cute.

If you're not going Naya, use young wolf as another 1 drop.

Get Kessig Wolf Run.

Get vexing devils
>>
>>50191225

>finks
>doesnt give enough life
>undoes a shock on etb

standard use case is 6-7 net undone/prevented damage and against burn that's a 2 for 1.

CoCo is only good if you're hitting creatures with total mana costs greater than its mana cost. Stompy has way too many 1s and 2s to make this worth running

Mono red storm

played in my first Modern FNM tonight.

Went 1-3 with 8 Whack Goblins deck I built this week. Stores meta is all over the place so it was hard to get a good sideboard.

Went 1-2 v RG Tron, kept some shonky hands and had no land destruction. Ultimately lost to Wurmcoils.

Went 1-2 v Naya Burn, first match I rampaged over them, post-sideboard I had no answers for Kor Firewalkers and lost the next two matches.

Went 2-1 v CoCo elves. First game I got outaggroed, 2nd game was turn 3 win for me, 3rd game was a turn 1 legion loyalist, dirty turn 2 burning-tree emissary into burning-tree emissary into surged reckless bushwhacker and they had lost it from that point.

Last match went 1-2 v Valakut. First game was an easy win for me, post sideboard they were able to remove a lot of useless stuff and became a race against them getting an inferno titan. Lost both of those with 2nd game keeping a 3 land hand into drawing land > land > land > creature > land and third game sitting on two reckless bushwhackers in hand while on 2 mana for awhile, have one of my mountains destroyed, draw a mountain and shortly have another mountain destroyed before inferno titan came out.
>>
>>50183421
Having been a player of Mono W knights, I can tell you Caverns and Aether Vials are amazing, with the Obvious Knight Exemplar. Student of Warfare is often underestimated, and it's a bit harder to kill. Yes, it does to Bolt, but it can also murder people.
>>
>>50195149
>>50183421

Are we talking Knights? I guess I'll post my list and get it out of the way

I've been playing this for about 2 months and it's not budget but it's fucking fun. It's a Junk list.

1 Plains
2 Overgrown Tomb
3 Windswept Heath
1 Rogue's Passage
2 Cavern of Souls
3 Godless Shrine
3 Isolated Chapel
1 Mutavault
1 Godless Shrine
1 Swamp
2 Marsh Flats
1 Temple Garden
1 Forest

3 Inquisition of Kozilek
3 Thoughtseize
3 Haakon, Stromgald Scourge
3 Collective Brutality
2 Nameless Inversion
3 Path to Exile
3 Liliana of the Veil
3 Knight of the Reliquary
3 Abrupt Decay
4 Accorder Paladin
3 Stinkweed Imp
2 Knight of the White Orchid
3 Knight Exemplar

SB:
1 Pithing Needle
2 Authority of the Consuls
2 Spellskite
1 Leyline of the Void
2 Stony Silence
1 Maelstrom Pulse
1 Leyline of Sanctity
1 Wrath of God
1 Engineered Explosives
2 Collected Company
1 Rest in Peace

Plenty of interaction, plenty of good matchups, plenty of fun. Im fleshing out my paper list, just gotta get the balls to justify Lilis and Caverns when I live in a shit community with no modern.

What are they going to ban from dredge and infect when the funhammer hits?
>>
>>50200893

Nothing. People who complain about either are just big babies who need to learn how2meta.

Infect may be on the watchlist, as its never failed to place atleast 2 in recent top 8s, or ~8 in top 32s. The problem is what to ban; ban Become Immense and it'll just go to Groundswell and keep on doing its thing.

Dredge is easy enough to deal with, the reason why a lot of people play it is its only around 700 bucks and its a tier 1 deck.

Neat. Doesn't mean spell queller is any good. Or that counterspells are any good. Or that you still haven't supplied any evidence that it is good. "A bunch of people play it in Tier 3 decks". Tell ya what, next time a UW spirits decks wins a gp, and becomes a tier 1 deck, I'll agree that it's good. But as of now you just need to git gud. And stop being but hurt that multiple people disagree with you. There are now a minimum of three anons you are arguing with
>>
>>50181125
How would you make it work? In a control shell?
>>
>>50199605
ok anon, since you insist on being such a bitch, I'll tell you how to beat spell queller

1) play removal (you really should be doing this anyway)
2) play discard
3) play many redundant, cheap threats that are individually not worth quelling, but together dick your opponent
4) play threats that are too big to quell
5) just kill your opponent before their turn 3

congratulations, if you follow one or more of the above steps, you should no longer have difficulties beating tier 7 meme decks from a month ago :)

You must be playing a trash deck because every deck has access to at least Dismember.

Quelling something in Modern is pretty bad because of the easy removal there is, Abrupt Decay, Path to Exile, Dismember, Lightning Bolt and you can cast your CMC4 or less spell at instant speed.

The only deck I can think of that doesn't really play instant speed removal is dredge, and the deck doesn't really care if you Quell any of their spells because by turn two dredge should have dredged at least like 10 cards.

Nothing. Banning cards would reduce their value which would make collectors sad. If anything, they'll just change how infect works. For example an Inkmoth that became immense will hit for 1 point of infect and 6 points of damage instead of seven points of infect.

>>50203158
Either can cost fuck tons of money. The biggest difference is that Modern is eternal, and standard isn't. This means that Modern staples tend to be more expensive, but at least you don't have to buy a new playset of Goyf every year.

>>50203552
>BW Sisters
I love BW, but why?
>>
>>50203158

Standard is the last 5-8 sets depending on when rotation happened.
Currently standard is the following
BFZ+OGW
SOI+EMN
KLD

Aether Revolt is KLD's small set. Amonket and Hour of Devastation come after that. The set after Hour of Devastation is rotation and BFZ, OGW, SOI and EMN rotate then. Every fall the oldest two blocks (four sets) will rotate out. Every other set is a large set, the first in a block.

Sets are roughly every three months. Two sets now make up a block, which is a coherent flavor and mechanic theme. SOI and EMN are the spoopy world and is a graveyard block. KLD and Aether Revolt are steampunk without the steam or punk and focuses on artifacts.

Modern is everything from Mirrodin on with a ban list. Everything that's in the standard sets is legal in modern except for those banned

Modern is a larger up front investment but you canusuallyplay your deck for longer than you can in standard. Standard is cheaper to get into but is much more expensive if you play longer than like, two years if you're lucky.

>>50203158

>>
>>50207287

Basically.
SFM and Jace were banned from the beginning of modern because cawblade was basically deathblade in standard with Gideon and Celestial Colonnade as threats in addition to unlimited birbs.
>>
>>50207302
and by standard deathblade, I mean that legacy deathblade was legacy cawblade plus black for cards like deathrite shaman, dark confidant and discard spells.

More people seem to actually know what deathblade is than actually what cawblade is other than 'that deck that got banned from standard'.

obviously it's only newer players as everyone who was around 2011 or so knew very well what cawblade was

No summonings checks the cmc of the spell on the stack, not the cards cmc
>>
>>50216530
Well shit, summonings could actually be pretty insane in standard then, couldn't it?
>>
>>50216511
First off blue white is abbreviated UW, WB is black white

I would say the best thing to improve your deck is to make it more focused, more streamlined

If you're an energy deck then there no reason to be playing propeller pioneer, and you don't have enough good artifacts to be playing 2 refurbish
>>
>>50216511
That's not standard, that's casual and it doesn't belong here at all.
>>
>>50216164
Condescend.
>>
>>50216566

I've seen it do insane things in standard already, its somewhat slow but the lack of enchantment hate in the meta really helps the deck

Summonings turn 5 part the waterveil turn 6 is very spicy in standard
>>
>>50216827
I know it's the wrong thread for it, but what would be good in a summonings deck in standard?
>>
>>50216858

You can google standard metallurgic summonings to get some examples, also on YouTube, I remember watching at least 1 maybe 2 different metallurgic aummonings decks played on mtg goldfish, who is a likable streamer, though I'm not sure if his version of metallurgic summonings was the best possible
>>
>>50216795
Thanks for the help, I swapped out those three cards for three thriving ibexes. Is there anything else I should look out for? Maybe some specific cards that would help?
>>
>>50216993

Playable energy cards in your colors off the top of my head:

Aether meltdown
Aetherstorm roc
Glimmer of genius
Multiform wonder
>>
>>50216917
I've played his, and it doesn't seem very good.
>>
>>50217095
I'll swap an ibex and a mastodon for a glimmer and meltdown.
Thanks a bunch, guy, maybe this deck won't fall flat on its face now
>>

>eats guides for days

BR Eldrazi or Eldrazi and Taxes? They both look fun to play, are around the same price in terms of paper (although E&T is slightly more expensive), and I get to swing in with big dumb eldrazi
>>
>>50216117
>>
>>50216117
you could take a look at some of the mono-U delver decks and adjust them to be more control focused
>>
>>50217694
Taxes is more popular
I think BR has a lot of untapped potential though so If you're willing to try both I would
>>
>>50217604
Dies to my own Angers and Pyroclasms, just like all those other things you mentioned.

overturf-style (no you're my pyromancer or gitaxian probe) grixis delver decks in modern are control shells. this is my list, but I swapped one terminate for a hero's downfall to be able to kill planeswalker without giving up the ability to handle manlands. the sideboard is tuned for my paper meta, but lots of the card choices are good overall. just no one plays dredge here so I'm not wasting spots on surgical extraction.
>>
>>50212908
dredge has lots of interaction.

life from the loam + bloodghasts is a profitable interaction

loam + conflag

bloodghast + amalgam

fetchland + bloodghast

narco + amalgam

rally/scourge devil + lots of creatures

conflag + loam + bloodghasts = haste bloodghasts

the deck has lots of great interactions.

Seriously, though, pick a deck that already exists and learn it inside and out. Get good with the deck and you'll win a fair amount.

IMO these are the best modern decks in order

infect
dredge
affinity / burn
death's shadow
abzan
jund
grixis / jeskai control
jeskai nahiri

as you can see, the first five I listed are 'non-interactive'
>>
>>50219643
most infect lists run 8-10 counterspells main in addition to 2-4 kill spells. I fail to see how this is "non-interactive."
>>
>>50218183
>want a 2 drop
>doesnt want it to die to his angers or pyroclasms
choose one
>>
>>50213616
>>50211992

I'm new to Grixis, how would you side against burn?

I was thinking

IN:
1 Explosives?
2 Sun Droplet/Kalitas
2 Dispel
2 Anger of the Gods

OUT:
3 Terminate
1 Explosives?

I've seen many burn players side out most creatures for Game 2 to make any creature kill spells dead. Should I side out the mained Explosives and Terminates and just rely on Anger of the Gods, Bolt and Kolaghan's Command for creature kill?

I'm also going to try Kalitas. Both Kalitas and Sun Droplet take a while to get going but Sun Droplet can only gains 2 life each turn cycle. Kalitas can gain 3+ and makes a lot of other decks upset, too.

>>50219758
Skred Gruul. Gruul is all about savagery. Savage your opponent's with Goyf and Skred.
>>

Sylvan Scrying searches anything but doesn't put it onto the battlefield. Surely Into the North is better in skred.

I have the biggest hard on for Life from the Loam but I think it could fit into the sideboard if you choose Sylvan Scrying over Into the North I wouldn't and you can recur Ghost Quarter over and over.

Give us a hand with this decklist. It's doing pretty well in testing but maybe needs a better match up with aggro.

Tell what you like, what you don't like.

Remanding your own spell when they attempt to counter is fantastic once mentor sticks.
>>
>>50219994
I don't really see what's the purpose of Blessed Alliance, Collective Effort will probably do more if you want a modal card.

Against Aggro I've heard that token decks like to use Sorin. Solemn Visitor for his +1. The other 4 mana Sorin might also be an option, or new Kalitas.
>>
>>50219994
>>50220056
I really like both Sorin's as a one-of each.

I don't know if it's something you want to be doing but a one-of Westvale Abbey could be an option if it's needed.
>>
I want to waste my money on something stupid and gimmicky to make me feel like a fucking snowflake. What deck should I buy?
>>
>>50219751
>>50219742
The deck runs 4 mainboard Relics guys.
>>
>>50220154
Well, we've just managed to cram Goyf into Skred, I'm sure you can do some more stupid shit with Snow permanents and jack up the price with more colors.
>>
>>50220226
HERE'S COMES THE JUND BLIZZARD BABEEEEEEEE
>>
>>50220246
What do you want to add black for? And can the deck still reliably function with only fetches + snow basics?

How many lands does the deck play?

4 Verdant Catacombs
4 Wooded Foothills
4 Bloodstained Mire
10 Snow-Covered Mountain
1 Snow-Covered Swamp
1 Snow-Covered Forest
>>
>>50220297
To make the deck more expensive, duh. And discard against decks low on creatures.
>>
>>50220101
I have 3 copies solemn visitor. I'll have him in the sideboard somewhere.

>>50220056
Blessed alliance is there for creatures with protection, indestructible, pumped, hexproof etc.I don't really use the other modes desu
>>
Does anyone else have a suspission that Tom Ross is stacking his deck? He seems to have perfect draws abit too often
>>
>>50220348
It's also possible that Infect just doesn't draw bad. Did you consider that that is why it's a good deck?
>>
>>50220332
In that case you might want to look at your mana and consider Geth's Verdict.
>>
>>50220391
>It's also possible that Infect just doesn't draw bad.

That is mathematically impossible
>>
>>50220581
That's why magic has mulligan rules.
>>
>>50220401

>blessed alliance
>sticks to their attacking creature which is their threat
>vs affinity
>they have, say, Etched Champion carrying a hat and a bunch of tiny things they aren't swinging with because you have a board state

Would you want Geths Verdict?
>>
>>50221213

Alternatively
>Eldrazi
>Have a thought knot, a reality smasher, a birds

Geths or Blessed? It's pretty obvious.
>>
>>50220401
>look at your mana and consider geths verdict

geths verdict is more restrictive to cast. are you suggesting he skew his manabase to more heavily include black for a card that does *less* things than blessed alliance? verdict is a trap.
>>
>>50219994

Ok, guys I made a few changes, but now i am running 21 lands and have space for one more card.

What are we feeling?
>>
Hey guys, went 4-0 last week with this list, any recommendations?

4 Forest
1 Gavony Township
1 Inkmoth Nexus
1 Kessig Wolf Run
3 Kitchen Finks
4 Knight of the Reliquary
4 Lotus Cobra
4 Noble Hierarch
1 Orzhov Pontiff
1 Overgrown Tomb
2 Path to Exile
1 Primeval Titan
1 Qasali Pridemage
1 Scavenging Ooze
1 Selfless Spirit
1 Sigarda, Host of Herons
1 Stomping Ground
3 Temple Garden
1 Vault of the Archangel
2 Verdant Catacombs
4 Windswept Heath
4 Wooded Foothills
1 Worship
SB: 2 Blessed Alliance

SB: 1 Kataki, War's Wage
SB: 1 Reveillark
SB: 4 Sin Collector
SB: 1 Spellskite
SB: 2 Stony Silence
SB: 1 Yixlid Jailer
>>
>>50222242
It's too scattered
Don't run Sigarda or Titan with Coco
If you want to stay in Abzan colors try Abzan coco, otherwise go for Kiki Chord or Reliquary Retreat
You've got most of the pieces to make like 3 different decks, you just need a direction to go in. If your midrange deck isn't shutting down your opponent's (ie Jund/Junk) or absurdly efficient (Eldrazi), you need some way to finish the game because Lotus Cobra does not have more value than a TKS, and giving the deck an infinite combo is that out
>>
>>50222339
The Titan's there for Inkmoth+Wolf run combo kills to get past board stalls and it's fairly easy to Chord with Lotus Cobra+fetches, Sigarda's a flex slot for sure, could trim her+something for Seer and Melira. Lotus Cobra by itself *is* insane value since you can just dump your mana into hand full of 3drops and Companies or swing for 10+ with Wolf Run.
>>
>>50222384
Retreat to Coralhelm does the exact same thing but better since you can get it out on turn 3 and just win from there, look into it
>>
>>50222399
The deck loses to any spot removal and isn't as valuelicious without Coralheim sticking on the board which is a problem this list doesn't really have.
>>
>>50222415
If somebody uses their turn 3 to destroy a retreat to coralhelm you're in a good spot
Besides, you can do it at instant speed
>>
>>50219492
Looks great, thanks anon.
