We don't have a YT channel yet, but we run a D&D 5e podcast that literally just started 3 weeks ago.

We definitely do have plans of moving onto YT once we get our feet under us.

If OP is looking for game in show form, I recommend the Roll Play series. Super good series with various people (new Court of Swords has Day9; they had a one shot with Matt Mercer and Jerry Holkins as well using the Dogs in the Vineyard setting)

The only series I ever found tolerable was the rollplay series and even then it's pretty bad.

The Adventure Zone is pretty good.

People at TabletopTalk channel have some interesting campaigns recorded, though I don't think they are the best one out there.

They're not on YouTube, but Film Reroll is amazing. They play through movie plots as GURPS adventures. I cannot recommend it enough.
