/tg/, I'm a dabbling writer and I've been thinking of a setting where, in the 90s, Fae-kind was starting to emege all of a sudden. Territories governed by the Fae began rapidly growing forests and occasionally, his would happen right in the middle of cities and airports, causing havoc on an immense scale.
Now, I'm actually not too creative and like to pull in ideas from a multitude of sources, so what ideas would you be willing to share /tg/?
You have a setting. What kind of story are you trying to tell? Is it somehow unique to the setting? What themes, identities, relationships, and conflicts does the setting allow you to explore that a more conventional setting might not?
