I have to say this Jump really was a CP vampire (in a good way). I was back & forth with what I wanted, and the drawbacks made it so you were really tight on your budget. It's great, but here's my build for Ultimate Spider-Man TV Series Jump.

A lot. There's an entire book just for it. But a quick summary would be "anything martial arts in an anime can do". Ki stuff is actually really powerful. It is, as you'd expect, focused on offense and defense. Not many utility powers, though there are a few. But within the framework of you using ki to attack and defend, it can do pretty much anything. Telekinesis, warping space and time, controlling any element you'd care for, manipulating the flow of life energy, unlocking your chi for a super mode, all sorts of crazy stuff.

Really depends on which ones you learn, the advanced martial arts are the ones that get the really fun stuff.

Rex Frame: Body Hardening, your skins like a suit of plate armour and you could ignore the likes of getting hit by a truck or falling out of orbit as long as the damage is from a mundane source.

Selene: Counter attack every time you dodge without really doing anything.

Lama Tsu: Always dodge to the best of your ability no matter than the number of attacks your dodging.

Velez: Make invisible energy attacks without moving.

You're saying that as if that's a negative. Jumpers start far more crap than your average touhou.

The fact that many of the touhous punch waaaaay above their expected weight class and deal with trouble regularly means that without the danmaku rules, they're pretty handy to have around when violence is concerned.

And while violence isn't always the solution (blasphemy, I know!), using lots of violence tends to solve a lot of issues for jumpers when shit hits the fan.

As others have mentioned, Sekirei, Tenchi Muyo, and DxD are great as they all give you options for multiple waifus. Touhou has some pretty powerful waifus to choose from.

Nechronica will give you 1-4 "Sisters" for free if you decide not to import any companions. Perhaps more daughterus than waifus, but all of them become companions at the end of the jump.

Ranma 1/2 will allow you to companion anyone you legitimately become engaged to (even temporarily) during the jump, provided you can convince them to come along.

Overlord essentially lets you build a fairly powerful waifu/servant if you pay to make a custom NPC.

Generic Magical Girl allows you to make any and all of your allies into companions if you can convince them.

Van Hellsing gives you a single free choice from a number of interesting companions, several of which are waifu material.

There's lots more, but that's off the top of my head.

Almost forgot, Heaven's Lost Property is a good place to build a waifu Angelroid, considering that they imprint on their Master and serve them. If you're into that sort of thing, you can build one entirely to your tastes. If you pick up The Maker as a companion, you might very well be able to build a waifu Angelroid army given enough time...

I should also mention that No Game No Life (Jibril) and Darkstalkers (Morrigan) contain two powerful and pretty popular waifus. Morrigan is particularly interesting since she's actually a drawback.

4b. Teaching Bone & Fong alongside Sing.

Other things to do:
1. Keep the Boss out of the worst of their problems but mostly leave them to the other companions, who are mook legion when they wish to be, and hope the durability I gave them along with the plot armor is enough.

I just know the barebones of both settings, but when comparing deities from both would it be fair to say that barring a few exceptions SMT gods have overall more raw attack power but Exalted gods have overall more esoteric abilities, and they've both got a glass jaw when it comes to tanking hits without relying on active defenses?

Depends on the god. Many Exalted gods are quite weak, the sort of thing that even Dragonblooded can bully around. Of course, many of them are incredibly powerful. It's actually a pretty continuous scale, the distribution is fairly even.

Don't lie to the man. Basic Rex Frame gives you a Damage Barrier of 60, Advanced gives you I think 120. A fucking Castle Wall has a Damage Barrier of 100. At advanced Rex Frame you have I think 8 in every type of resistance, the best Plate in the game only has 8 in a couple of things.
Your skin is WAY better than Plate.

The idea was, you would complete Terran, Zerg, and the as-yet unmade Protoss routes. Family friendly content for everyone and if anyone goes off script? Well we have our ways. Sing, Fong, & Bone are running about having fun with their new ability to help folks whilst I am trying to balance my time between governing this city, the mayor ran off about three days in and when I repelled the pirates that were going to hit this place I was voted mayor, and keeping the various powers that be from burning everything down around my ears.

Seriously, some jerk-ass is throwing around nuke level spells in the local kingdom and I had to personally step in the way of what looked like a Kamehameha so that I could use You… Blocked in combination with my Demon Sword and Jumpaseiga using Thousand Hands Divine Fist training to stop the attack from leveling my city.

That is all background to the day-to-day grind of being a full time Mayor of a medieval city with a eye for progress. The walls of Pravoka are reinforced both physically and magically, Hamon is taught to the general public as a form of health care, literacy is on the rise, Martial Arts are taught to volunteers, Emergency Armories of Magic Yu-Gi-Oh Cards (Mostly Trap Holes funnily enough) and various other things are built, and in general I drag the town into the Renaissance era by it’s teeth. At every turn there are setbacks but I’m good enough to make due.

Dune has a pretty great one that's essentially teleportation, but it requires ridiculous calculations to get correct each time you use it. There's nothing really preventing you from making a computer to do that for you, but you'd have to build it yourself, because Dune itself has a crippling phobia of anything capable of processing power.

We've got a Schlock Mercenary jump floating around somewhere. Complete enough to jump, but I don't think it's on the drive. I'll try to find it. But anyways, teraport technology can go anywhere in the same galaxy instantaneously. It can go to other galaxies, but it's a much more complicated procedure that requires specialized facilities and lots more energy. And it's...mostly safe. In theory someone can jam it just as you teraport in order to make you smear yourself across four dimensions, but there are very reliable safety mechanisms in place to prevent that. You have to intentionally bypass them to terafrag yourself. Only real downside is that teraport pisses the pa'anuuri off something fierce, so don't use it in any world where there are transbaryonic gravity monsters or you're going to start a war.

So I just realized one of the Worm powers is straight telepathy.

Isn't that a little weird, seeing as telepathy isn't supposed to be a thing in Worm?

What are you talking about? Telepathy is one of the most common powers in Worm. Every single parahuman in existence has it, if in a stunted form. The "there's no telepathy in Worm" thing is really just saying that there's no mind-body duality. Any telepathic power functions by manipulating your nervous system instead of some nebulous "mental energy".

Mind reading is admittedly fairly rare, and is specialized into specific portions of the brain. Like, to use Heartbreaker's kids as an example (because pretty much every single one of them has some sort of neurology power), Cherie can read emotions with incredible precision while Alec can scan and map your peripheral nervous system. But mind-writing? Oh, that's super common. Again, it's often specialized into rewriting peoples' brains in specific ways instead of a general "you think what I want you to, now" effect. But telepathy totally exists in Worm. People do freak out over Tattletale's psychic act, but them claiming that telepathy is impossible is more wishful thinking than an actual limit on parahuman powers. I mean, the very nature of the shards means that parahumans could easily be made fully telepathic. A shard that couldn't read and write to the human brain couldn't connect to a host to give it powers. If they're not giving full telepathy to people it's just because they don't think it would make for a useful experiment, is all.

You can fake a good half of the Mangekyo/Rinnegan's powers with the Katekyo Hitman Reborn jump. Buy Additional Flames,Of Earth and Sky, and Flames of Night. Flames of Night is black fire that destroys anything, use that to mimic Amaterasu. It can also warp space, use that to copy Kamui. Tsukuyomi, Izanami and Kotoamatsukami can be copied with Mist and Desert Flames to give you super illusions and brainwashing. Okay, so I got an idea to pitch to yall. I'm making Samurai X, as planned. Thing is, even if you've only done Pokemon first, this setting...isn't all that restricting or dangerous for a Jumper. The most ridiculous of the superpowered freaks in this setting, on average, would never meet them unless you involved yourself with Kenshin and company.

So here's my idea. The drawbacks are less about 'x wants you dead' and more 'you're following your own story, similar but different to Kenshin's, and each perk comes with a 'plot hook' you can take or leave at your leisure, sort of like Tenchi. Less about harem antics, more about a romantic samurai story. Or whatever genre fits your Jumper.

There will be waifus, though. It IS a romance story, after all.

Huh this is an interesting world I’ve found myself in. My armored coat is awesome and in addition I’ve made a sword and gun to consolidate all of my weapons of those types into. I spend a goodly portion of my time in this world helping out the King, alongside Merlin for the most part, I even managed to aid in the research of Gram and the crafting of Excalibur. This is a cool place to be, even got my own little island that I’m going to be improving on soonish I think, in memory of Pravoka.

The Almighty Book is annoying, but I guess it isn't the rudest thing I've ever met. I tend to converse with it about various subjects and mostly just keep the damn thing around because throwing it away is too much bother when I can just void the air around it with a spell and let the damn thing talk to nothingness for a while.

So hyper-competent Morgan Le Fey got Merlin to leave way fucking earlier and trapping him in the Garden of Avalon ages before he should have. Then she used her magics to enhance an entire army of the French before fucking off with Saber, quite literally. Now Saber is out fighting a war that never fucking happened in the original timeline, and I'm the new Court Magus in absence of the elderly wizard.

Hard to say. Megastructure would probably be the stronger by far if the Megastructure was supported entirely by Megastructure. Er, you know what I mean. If the giant space sphere was supported entirely by the material named after it. That would require it to have a strength to weight ratio dozens of orders of magnitude higher than conventional matter. However, there's a lot of evidence that there's also a lot of space warping and other exotic effects reinforcing it. So it's a little unclear how much the Megastructure is actually holding up. I'd assume that it's at least stronger than regular Adamantium, though. That stuff is really strong, but not amazingly so. Proto-Adamantium may be comparable or greater, though.

Places that can plant seeds of doubt or challenge beliefs, shaking up ideals or enlightening your average Jumper enough to consider new concepts and ideas? I'm looking to shake my Jumper and his companions up quite a bit in a (relatively) short amount of time before ending with Persona to really break people down and start the process of rebuilding them, stronger, more motivated, using past experiences to guide them and stuff.

Worm (just because it's so crapsack and dangerous, and so might make some of them compromise beliefs to survive), Swords & Sorcery (loads of story potential to take it in whichever direction I want), Kingdom Hearts (it gets really philosophical at times for a game focused on a kid with a key beating up shadows with Goofy and Donald helping) and Bloodborne (EYES ON THE INSIDE) seemed neat for this kind of thing, but I was looking to get more stuff jammed in here.

Undertale is an amazingly safe jump (Flowey's bullshit aside) that usually challenges the idea you need to solve your problems with violence. Not necessarily a new lesson for a Jumper, but it is generally ten years of making friends with quirky characters, which can be a huge change of pace.

Avatar: The Last Airbender has a protagonist who actually does amazingly well on his own, and aside from the fun of Bending or getting involved in the war, you'll often find the journey and learning new things will be the most fulfilling part.

Cardcaptor Saku--WAIT, COME BACK, SAKURA ISN'T GOING TO KILL YOU. Cardcaptor Sakura is an amazingly relaxed setting where even big conflicts tend to be resolved. It's painfully flowery and idealistic, but such a world existing is very tempting to stay in. Similar for Lyrical Nanoha, but those have a bit more shades of gray and black at times.

Aside from that, I think the biggest game-changer for character development would be Slice of Life.

Technically speaking, there are a lot of possible endings just in the game alone. As a jumper, you even have a major advantage over a player: that is, you can stick around for a few years and actually see what happens instead of just getting the cliffnotes version over a background of black.

If you want Mettaton to be the new ruler of the Underground, you can make that happen.
A truly sufficiently motivated jumper might even be able to make that happen without needing Asgore to have a little "accident".


Technically speaking, unless you really delayed things, if Frisk completes the true pacifist ending, you'd still get to spend five years above ground with all the other monsters.
For some reason jumpers tend not to talk about what they did after that point, if they did anything at all.

Sorry, but could someone answer some questions I have about Servant statistics in Fate? Specifically, your own stats as a Servant.

Say, hypothetically, I don't/can't buy something that I had in my last jump, like speed higher than what rank EX Agility gives. Am I limited to what I purchase in the supplement during the Jump itself, to symbolize the problem of imperfect vessels not being able to hold all my power, or is that handled through fiat so that I can still move at that level?

Second, say I could hypothetically lift as much as ten men in my last jump, and now gain E rank Strength. Does this essentially give me D rank Strength, as the two together would come to that total, or would I stay at E, since I didn't buy anything?

Third, how are my stats seen by others? Do they see everything, even if I don't necessarily purchase it in the supplement, or do they just see what I spent SP on? Like if I have strength on the level of rank A+ strength, but only buy it up to A rank. Do they see my strength as A, or A++?

My apologies if these things have been asked before, but I haven't heard anything along these lines myself.

Pretty sure the stats are just added on to you, but your stats don't matter while creating servant stats. I you run at equivalent of B rank, you don't get B rank speed or Agi or whatever it is, you still have to buy your way up you just end up with an effectively higher stat.

I hadn't thought about the structures moving once they were built. So in the case of structures that move, such as mobile homes, or cybernetic arms in this case, I'd say that the extradimensional space would be more limited in size than if it were a stationary object, but are more lenient when it comes to being moved, rebuilt, or repaired. A small room in an arm should be fine though.

Also Siren is a punishment game and I'm having trouble with my build because I went in thinking Jump and found myself facing a Gauntlet.
