Which, really weirdly, is sort of fulfilled by Fate Core
In before GURPS.

What does Doom mean to you? What kind of games do you like? How many players?
It could be a game about resource management and scavenging weapons in a demon infested mars-base, where your sanity is slowly slipping.
It could be a brainless shooter where you roll buckets of dice and watch as enemies explode from your epic crits like the fodder they are.
It could be a fast paced tactical combat game, where your group of specialists go room by room, dealing with the demonic infestation, strategically liberating areas to recover tech upgrade their weapons with.
The only constant is thatno john, you are the demons!

Well, I was thinking about Strike! when I wrote the last one... not sure about the others. Stars without numbers is OSR... in space! so that could be good for scavanging. Carnage among stars or maybe dark heresy/deathwatch could be good for hack and slashing.
I ran a one shot game using a modified Age of Rebellion/Force and Destiny. I ran it as a fast paced tactical game with a healthy dose of Rip And Tear thrown in. It was a lot of fun.

Strike! could be adapted to this easier.
