Our GM is sick this week, and I'd like to try and run a little something for the guys so we still got some RPGing going on in the week. I'm considering either this or Cyberpunk blues, so if anybody has any specific tips for those, that'd be great, but just any all around GM tips are better.
Here's the other one I mentioned in the OP.
I was also considering this, but I feel like it'll need a lot of refluffing.

Don't have any advice for those, but you could also run Technoir or The Sprawl (which is different from Sprawl, which you posted). The Sprawl is based on Apocalypse World.

Are they free?

No, but I'm pretty sure they can be found in the PDF share archive.

what is this game about?

It's MegaXmas! (TM), so the PC's are gonna be off from their jobs, trying to get through the crowds to pick up something for their folks. The session will first start with a voicemail from a company that fell apart years ago, with instructions to head to employee training at a certain street, right next to the newly built apartment complex/slum. Their mail box will have a gun inside, shipped from this same, no longer existent company.
At that point it'll be up to them whether to investigate or go get MegaXmas! (TM) gifts.

Better art design than a lot of real RPGs.
