Is there a system that does Akira style motorcycle gang fights well /tg/? I was thinking of using Shadowrun or Cyberpunk, but wanted to keep the gritty turf war feeling that using makeshift weapons on motorcycles can give.

I would tentatively suggest VeloCity. It's about non-motorized stuff more, but bikes could easily be run as motorcycles. Combat isn't a heavy focus of the system though, as it's more about racing.

In SR5, ban full mages, mystic adepts, and optionally adepts. Increase availability on all firearms by about 6 and make them all Forbidden. Encourage your players to spend their chargen cash on setting-appropriate items like tricked out bikes and drugs.
