At a guess: "toebreaker" is a size category, "jellyfish" describes the interior banding, and "fairy" refers to the iridescent outer coating.

It's a very pretty...something. What's it for?

After a short time on google, I believe you are correct in that "Jellyfish" is the banding pattern and the "Fairy" is the iridescence, and I now know that marbles have way to much jargon involved.
I'm pretty sure the actual competition is the jargon use, with the marble shooting is more of a formality than anything.
