Would Goblins be more or less dangerous if they didn't feel fear?
Yes.
Less dangerous. That fear keeps their race alive long enough to grow huge in numbers.

Make them a swarm of berserking little people? I like that concept.
>>50059476
Make them like rabbits or tribbles; even with catastrophic casualties, they breed so fast and so often that it doesn't matter.

Without fear they'll also try to breed with other races, leading to different kinds, and potentially tough/dangerous hybrids of goblins.

And this is the point where the thread will devolve into goblin fucking. And I am completely okay with that. Post those little green short stacks all night people.
Fear can be its own inspiration, depending on whether it's recognized and how it's harnessed. It shouldn't be the only thing that spurs the journey to adventure, but it can be an understandably big thing.

I disagree, being fearless makes things more of a threat

I disagree, things which are utterly fearless are quite liable to run into sharp pointy objects, moats (filled with water or more sharp pointy objects), small flying pointy objects rather then hiding behind shields etc etc etc.
Would they be more dangerous to small villages and hamlets? Yes, probably.
Would it make them more of a threat to any organized society? Nope, certainly not.
Are goblin tiddies proportionally larger then any other species tiddies? Or does that go to dwarven tiddies?

What would make them the most dangerous of all is if they were all hot fuckable shortstacks who are dtf 25/8
