These are Monsoon's stats as a level 3 PC in Strike!. As a boss, he'd have less complicated mechanics but more raw power (especially more raw defense, now that I think about it).

I decided to go with a Backstabber Rogue (because he's a sneaky git) Blaster (to simulate his smoke bombs and AoE attacks) and some mobility feats.

He's actually quite scary. Has a lot of movement options and can spam attacks from hiding, and is able to deal with multiple enemies at once while controlling the battlefield with smoke-bombs and magnetic shenanigans.

Fight! was for more fighting game simulation.

I like it. It is indeed 4e inspired.

It's a bit rough around the edges. Needs a GM experienced in both narrative games and game mechanics to properly handle it.

I'd use it over Fight! for fighting games. Fight! simulates the mechanics, but that comes with fiddliness, and I have come to value simplicity in mechanics/play.
